Radiotherapy is one of the three traditional means to treat tumor.With the development of technology,the precision of radiotherapy is getting higher and higher,which puts forward more strict requirements for the quality control of radiotherapy.In the past,radiotherapy quality control mainly focused on the mechanical properties and dosimetric characteristics of accelerator,as well as the planned verification.More and more studies have shown that the errors and accidents occurred in radiotherapy are not only in these items that can be clearly measured,but also in each link of the radiotherapy process,so it is necessary to conduct quality control on the links of the radiotherapy process.Therefore,this study started from the radiotherapy process,and studied a set of methods suitable for the quality control evaluation of the radiotherapy process,so as to strengthen the quality control of the radiotherapy process.Literature review was used in this study.Consult a large number of relevant literature to accumulate information for paper writing;Then,empirical research method was used to analyze each process step of radiotherapy in detail in the actual work,starting from the appointment application of radiotherapy,to mold making and use,CT positioning,plan design,plan verification,and plan implementation.In the selection of evaluation index,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are used to extract the key points of quality control.The expert evaluation method was used to evaluate the evaluation factors reasonably.Finally,a multi-layer analysis fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established to evaluate the quality control of the radiotherapy process.In order to verify the application effect of the evaluation model,empirical research method is adopted to carry out pilot research.Use of patient satisfaction evaluation,and tumors in the near future curative effect evaluation criteria in RESICT1.1,verify the model of practical significance;In addition,the interdisciplinary research method is also adopted.In the process of model building,risk analysis tools--flow charts are used;triangle fuzzy Numbers in fuzzy mathematics are used in index evaluation;and test and analysis tools in statistics are used in pilot study.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There was a significant correlation between quality control score of radiotherapy process and patient satisfaction score,and there were significant differences in patient satisfaction with different levels of quality control evaluation.(2)There was a significant correlation between the quality control score of radiotherapy process and the short-term efficacy evaluation of tumor,and the short-term efficacy of tumor was significantly different with different levels of quality control evaluation.(3)The quality control evaluation system of radiotherapy process can scientifically and reasonably evaluate the quality control level of radiotherapy.(4)Careful implementation of radiotherapy process quality control evaluation system can significantly improve the radiotherapy quality control level of the unit.(5)The radiotherapy process quality control score system has good applicability in different units.This study makes up for the lack of evaluation methods for the current radiotherapy process quality control,and provides a beneficial supplement to the current mainstream risk analysis methods for the evaluation of radiotherapy process quality control,with good theoretical significance and innovation.In practice,the operation of radiotherapy process quality control evaluation system can effectively improve the quality control level of radiotherapy,which is of great practical significance for improving patient satisfaction and tumor treatment effect.
