| 1.Purpose(1)Through observation and analysis of the distribution of TCM syndromes in the recovery period of diabetes with cerebral infarction,it provides relevant medical evidence for clinical dialectical treatment.(2)To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenxiong Yujing Granules in patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction during recovery period(qi deficiency,yin deficiency,blood stasis).2 Methods2.1 Syndrome distributionCollected 318 patients who were admitted to the inpatient department of encephalopathy and endocrinology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2018 to October 31,2019.,Statistics and analysis of the distribution of syndromes.2.2 Clinical researchAccording to the content of the first part of the investigation of the syndrome,40 patients were diagnosed as diabetic with qi deficiency,yin deficiency,blood stasis and cerebral infarction.The group is the control group(conventional treatment)in 20 cases.The course of treatment is 4 weeks.After the course of treatment,the total clinical effectiveness,BI index,modified Rankin scale,NHISS score,TCM symptom scores and blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2)were observed.Hourly blood sugar,glycated hemoglobin).3 Results3.1 Distribution of TCM syndromesThe symptom distribution of patients with diabetes combined with cerebral infarction in the recovery period is mainly composed of two syndromes and three syndromes,accounting for 29.6%of the two syndromes.Distribution,accounting for 27.7%,13.8%,and 16.0%of the two-certificate combination respectively;the three-certificate combination accounts for 40.1%,of which qi deficiency+yin-deficiency+blood stasis accounts for 40%;13.8%,including Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency+blood stasis+Phlegm dampness.3.2 Analysis of nerve function scale of two groups of patientsAfter the treatment period of the two groups of patients,the BI index,modified Rankin scale,and NHISS score before treatment were not statistically significant after testing and were comparable(P>0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the BI index,modified Rankin scale,and NHISS score A comparison within the group was found to be statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups of patients after treatment can improve the degree of neurological deficits,improve the patients’ ability to take care of themselves,and reduce the degree of disability.Treat the two groups The post-BI index,modified Rankin scale,and NHISS score were compared,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of Shenxiongyujing granules group was better than that of control group.3.3 Analysis of blood glucose indexes of two groups of patientsThe blood glucose-related index levels(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin)of the two groups of patients before treatment were not statistically significant after testing and were comparable(P>0.05).After four weeks of treatment,the two groups were related to blood glucose before and after treatment.The index levels(fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin)were compared within the group,and they were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups of patients can reduce blood glucose levels after treatment.After treatment The blood glucose-related index levels(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin)were compared,and the results were statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the Shenxiong Yujing Granules group and the control group had similar effects in reducing blood glucose-related index levels after treatment.3.4 Analysis of diabetic TCM symptom scores of two groups of patients Comparing the symptom scores of the two groups of patients,they did not meet the normality,and there was no statistical significance after non-parametric test(p>0.05).After treatment,the two groups of patients were compared for limb numbness,body weight loss symptom score comparison(P>0.05),and other diabetes symptom scores(P<0.05),indicating that both the control group and the observation group can improve limb numbness.In addition to body weight loss,thirst and drinking,frequent urination,fatigue,five-heart fever,Xiaogu hunger and hunger all improved significantly,and the treatment group was better than the control group.4 Conclusion(1)Syndrome elements such as qi deficiency,yin deficiency,and blood stasis are the main distributions in the recovery period of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction,and the combination of syndromes is the main form;(2)Shenxiong Yujing Granules can improve the TCM symptoms of patients with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis during the recovery period of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction,and have curative effects in promoting physical function recovery,improving living ability and improving quality of life. |
