Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with the addition and subtraction of Dihuang Yinzi in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction of meridians and collaterals in apoplexy. Methods:A randomized controlled study was adopted in this study 136 patients in the convalescent stage of cerebral infarction admitted to the fourth hospital of Hebei Medical University and Hebei Youai hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to the time sequence of treatment, the patients were divided into the control group(conventional western medicine treatment),the traditional Chinese medicine group(oral Rehmannia Decoction on the basis of the control group),the acupuncture group(in the control group On the basis of acupuncture treatment),the combined group(on the basis of the control group, acupuncture combined with oral Rehmannia Decoction),34 people in each group,30 days after treatment, observe the modified Ashworth score, simplified Fugl Meyer motor function score, modified Barthel index score,NIHSS score before and after treatment, and evaluate the clinical effect.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the four groups(Age,gender, modified Ashworth score, simplified Fugl Meyer motor function score, modified Barthel index score,NIHSS score)(P > 0.05).2.The improved Ashworth score of the four groups was lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the scores of the Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group and combination group were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the scores of the combination group were significantly lower than that of the Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group, there was no difference Significant difference(P > 0.05).3.The improved Barthel Index scores of the four groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05);the scores of the traditional Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group and combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05);the scores of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group(P < 0.05);the scores of the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group were significantly higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group(P < 0.05),There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).4.Four groups of patients simplified Fugl Meyer motor function score, four groups of patients compared with before treatment score increased, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group, combined group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);combined group score was significantly higher than Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group than There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).5.The NIHSS score of four groups was lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the scores of traditional Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group and combination group were significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the scores of combination group were significantly lower than that of traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.For the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period, the use of Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment has obvious effect.2.Acupuncture combined with Dihuangyinzi can reduce the muscle tension of patients, promote the rehabilitation of patients' motor function, improve the ability of daily life, improve the nerve defect of patients, improve the patients' language function and other clinical symptoms, which has a good clinical effect on the treatment of cerebral infarction in the recovery period.3.The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Dihuangyinzi in the treatment of sequelae of cerebral infarction is definite, which has the clinical application value.
