Analysis On Health Poverty Alleviation Satisfaction Of Rural Poor In Chaoyang City

Chaoyang City has achieved remarkable results since the implementation of health poverty alleviation in 2017.The overall awareness rate and satisfaction rate of the medical assistance policy for the poor population in Chaoyang City are high,but there are still weaknesses.In the future,we should pay more attention to strengthening policy publicity and implementation of poverty alleviation policies for the poor in poor areas,speed up the process of information construction,improve the ability and service level of medical services at the county and township levels,and realize that "serious illness does not leave the county" to solve the difficulties of poor people seeking medical treatment,reduce the cost of medical treatment,and reduce the economic burden of poor families.Do the contract service of the fine family doctor,give full play to "health" the role of Kang Shoumen.To further study and explore effective ways to control the return of the poor to poverty due to illness and to reduce the burden of medical expenses on the poor.Through the investigation of 500 poor people in provincial poor villages in five counties(cities)of Chaoyang City to carry out household investigation.so as to understand the satisfaction of the poor population in Chaoyang City on the health poverty alleviation policy and its implementation,and provide scientific basis for further improvement and improvement of relevant policies and working methods.Methods Using multi-stage and hierarchical random sampling method,500 poor people in 5 poor counties of Chaoyang City were selected as the survey objects,and passed the questionnaire and telephone consultation from October 2019 to March 2020.The survey included natural data on the general population,causes of poverty,health status and family doctors contracting,health poverty alleviation policy awareness and health poverty alleviation satisfaction.Using Stata15.0 statistical software for operation,through logistic model analysis.The results showed that the awareness rate of the poor population in Chaoyang City on the health poverty alleviation policy was 99.8%,and the overall evaluation of the poor population in building grade card on the health poverty alleviation was "basic satisfaction ",among which the satisfaction with the health poverty alleviation policy was the highest,and the satisfaction with the contract service of family doctors was the lowest.Health status,poor people's awareness of health poverty alleviation,satisfaction with contract services for family doctors,satisfaction with treatment in designated medical institutions,satisfaction with health poverty alleviation policies Degree is the main factor that affects the poor people's satisfaction with health poverty alleviation.
