Research On Medical Security Mechanism Of Rural Poor Patients Under Health Poverty Alleviation Policy

Health and poverty alleviation in China to win the fight against poverty,an important battle to build a well—off society in 2020,is also an important task of the healthy China 2030 strategy in rural areas.As China's health poverty alleviation project has entered a period of three years,the research on the medical security mechanism for the rural poor has a certain reference value for further deepening the healthy poverty alleviation policy,and also for the rural poor after 2020.The establishment of a long—term medical security mechanism provides ideas and suggestions,and has practical application significance.With the official implementation of the 2016 poverty alleviation project in the country,the poverty alleviation medical care system has been basically established in all poverty—stricken areas.This paper analyzes the basic data of health poverty alleviation in poverty—stricken counties in Chongqing,through literature research,interviews and surveys.The current situation of health poverty alleviation medical security mechanism,combined with the synergy theory to sort out the structural framework of health poverty alleviation medical insurance operation mechanism,found that some poverty—stricken areas still have problems such as inadequate protection mechanism,single medical insurance assistance system,and unreasonable management assessment system.The medical support capacity for the rural poor has not yet reached the national requirements,and the problem of poverty due to illness and poverty alleviation still exists.It is suggested that in the next healthy poverty alleviation work,we should further improve the system design,establish a diversified rescue system,formulate a scientific assessment management mechanism,and gradually shift to a long—term operation mode.
