Breast as the female physiological characteristics of the most obvious part,it bears a variety of functions such as lactation, aesthetic. But the breast is also the site of most cancers in women, and thus a source of anxiety and stigma.Breast cancer is an important disease that threatens the health of contemporary women. In recent years, the incidence group is not only young, and ranks the first in the incidence of malignant tumors among women, but also closely related to the daily life events and negative emotions of women.Today, despite advances in technology that can cure up to 90 percent of breast cancers, the stigma of physical pain and breast loss still haunts every breast cancer patient and loved ones. From the perspective of symbolic interaction theory, breast is the initial contact point of intergenerational communication and the connection point of gender equality communication. Therefore, the psychosocial cognitive amplification mechanism of breast cancer is often related to this. However, from the perspective of the actual situation,it is well known that breast cancer has become an important disease threatening women's health. The incidence group is not only young,it ranks the first in the incidence of female malignant tumors, and it is even closely related to women's daily life events.Among them, under the drive of psychological-cognitive mechanism, emotion accounts for a large part of the factors.Today, despite advances in medical technology that have led to a 90 percent cure rate for breast cancer, technology is not the only measure of recovery. From the perspective of feminist social work, women's unique life experience and personalized needs are also closely related to the experience of disease. With the help of the internship in the college, the author was able to enter K hospital. My internship experience tells me that in the treatment process, physical pain and anxiety still afflict every breast cancer patient and their relatives.Through literature research,it can be further found that breast cancer patients face not only physical pain, but also severe anxiety caused by chemical castration ofthe breast, worries about the relationship between husband and wife, changes in family status, lack of disease awareness, and stigma of hair loss caused by chemotherapy. In clinical field survey found that most of the anxiety of patients with breast cancer from cognitive bias to the disease, low self-efficacy,concerns of diet taboo, the missing parts of the body, and the medical staff communication caused by information asymmetry and the psychological anxiety problems alone and often not timely release of digestion, the passage of time is extremely disadvantageous to the treatment of diseases. The traditional social concept equates breast cancer patients with "incomplete women" and "disabled people",and the stigma of breast cancer women will lead to patients' identification with the stigma gradually. Therefore,a series of social construction and labeling is also one of the main sources of anxiety.A series of negative effects indicate that it is necessary to provide emotional support, information support and cognitive support resources for breast cancer patients to alleviate their anxiety and lay a foundation for their resocialization. In view of this, the purpose of this study is to explore the needs of breast cancer patients in the perioperative period through clinical practice, during which important information such as interview data is used to design methods for patients' mood improvement.Based on the information obtained from long-term clinical observation in the hospital and supported by the social support theory, the author used social work skills to intervene the coping style, social support and cognition of breast cancer patients in the treatment process, and further analyzed the physiological and psychological causes of anxiety among the group members.Daily observations and interviews in the hospital indicated that supportive group work was an effective way to relieve anxiety in patients. Therefore, the author measured the scale of patients through the previous ward visits, screened out the appropriate candidates to participate in the group activities, and designed intervention objectives according to the group characteristics of patients,in order to achieve this goal, designed the group activities to relieve the anxiety of breast cancer patients.Insupporting, guiding, and interactive communication, through the contents of the activity of progressive levels, provide breast cancer patients with psychological or cognitive guidance and correct way of emotion management, from the aspects of diet, health care, psychological counseling,is not only beneficial to the scientific understanding of breast cancer patients, more can provide each patient with certain social support,to have positive role in socialization.During the continuous development of the activity, the author also gradually put aside the discomfort caused by gender differences and treated each client with an objective and sympathetic stance. In the later period,in order to consolidate the correlation, the author believes that it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of intervention methods by using professional methods at the end of the activity. Therefore, the author conducts interview evaluation, satisfaction survey and comparison of the results before and after the anxiety self-rating scale. The group members' feedback, the author's observation and the scale evaluation results obtained through the follow-up visit showed that the anxiety of breast cancer patients was significantly relieved.Therefore,multi-dimensional support of emotion-information-cognition is beneficial to the recovery of breast cancer patients. In other words, targeted social support for breast cancer patients should be an integral part of the treatment mechanism.
