| [Objective]Based on the medical records of urinary tract infection dia.gnosed and treated by Chinese medicine master professor zhou zhongying from July 1987 to December 2014,modern computer data mining technology and artificial summary and analysis method were used to discuss professor zhou zhongying's understanding of the pathogenesis,distinguishing and treating characteristics and law of medication of urinary tract infection.The experience of Chinese medici ne master professor zhou zhongying in treating urinary tract infection was systematically summarized to enrich the thinking of distinguishing ard treating urinary tract infection with traditional Chinese medicine and improve the clinical efficacy of distinguishing and treating urinary tract infection with traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]n the three years of postgraduate,through to the national physician master Zhou Zhongying professor before clinic treating urinary tract infection in medical record to conduct a comprehensive collection a.nd sorting,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria for medical screening,then put the qualified medical record data of 94 cases of 245 clinical Exel 2010 medical record database,such as "mechanism" and "treatment" as the main research,using R language 3.1.3 and the analysis of WPS 10.1 medical record data processing platform,To investigate the frequency distribution of clinical manifestations,tongue,pulse,pathogenesi s,treatment and prescription of uri nary tr act infection by professor zhou zhongying,and to ana.lyze,summarize,extract and summarize the data.[Results]Among the 245 medical records of 94 cases studied,4 cases were male,with a total of 6 medi cal records.There were 90 female patients with 239 diagnoses.Female patients were significantly more than male patients.Among them,the age distribution of diagnosis times of female patients:Between 0 and 9 to 1 case(0.42%),10-19,0 cases,between 20 and 29 for 18 cases(7.53%),and between 30 and 39,41 cases(17.15%),between the ages of 40-49 to 67 cases(28.03%)and between 50 and 59 to 65 cases(27.200%),between the ages of 60-69 for 29 cases(12.13%),70-79 years old to 12 cases(5.02%),80-89 years old in 3 cases(1.26%),90-99 years old in 3 cases(1.26%).Patients aged 30-69 years were the most common.In terms of clinical symptoms,among the 118 sy,mpto,ms,the frequency of occurrence was more than 30 times and the frequency was:Frequency(14.39%),urinary pain 133 times,92 times(9.96%),micturition not free,74(8.01%),urgency,74(8.O01%)and backache(7.8%),and 72 times of urine yellow 69(7.47%),dry mouth,65(7.03%),the lower abdomen pain,56(6.06%),urinary heat 54 times(5.84%),urine is not net 50 times(5.41%),5(4.98%)and 46 times fatigue 32(3.46%),etc.12.Tongue image:dark red(24.69%)and thin yellow coating(24.08%)were the most common a.mong the 15 tongue images.In terms of pulse condition,the first three kinds of pul,se condition with the highest frequency in the 20 kinds of pulse condition were the fine vein(40.41%),the fine smooth vein(30.200%)and the fine chord vein(11.43%).Pathogenesis:among the 90 pathogenesis,the pathogenesis with the highest frequency and more than 100 times is kidney deficiency and dampness-heat(110 times,accounting for 20.18%)and unfavorable gasification(110 times,20.18%),both of which often occur at the same time.Trea.tment:among the 57 treat.ments,the most frequent are qingli dampness-heat(128.05%)and nourishing Yin and kidney(23.87%).Medicine:266 kinds of tradi tional Chi nese medicine(TCM),the highest frequency of 8 kinds of drug wer e cortex phellodendri(4.99%),raw(4.41%),rhizoma anemar rhenae(3.69%),radix linderae(3.16%),Bi Xie(3.09%),geranium(2.96%),glabrous greenbr ier rhizome(2.66%)and rhizoma atractylodis(2.51%).[Conclusion]Through the statistical analysis of the above medical record irnformation,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The incidence of urinary tract infection is mainly in middle-aged and elderly women aged 30-69 years.2.The typical clinical mani festations of urinary tract infection include frequenturination,painful urination,dysuria,urgency of urination,low back pain,yellow urine,dry mouth,lower abdomen pain,burning urine,unclean urine,poor sleep and fatigue,etc.;Typical coating on the tongue,pulse is:tongue qualitative dark red,coating is thin yellow be tired of a.nd vein is fine.3.Professor zhou zhongying believes that the main pathogenesis of urinary tract infection is kidney deficiency,dampness-heat and unfavorable vaporization.4.Professor zhou zhongying's main treatment for urinary tract infection is to clear dampness and heat,nourishing Yin and tonifying the kidney.5.Professor Zhou Zhongying treatment of urinary tract infection commonly used medicines for cortex phellodendri,radix rehmanniae,rhizoma anemarrhenae,radix linderae,Bi Xie,geranium,glabrous greenbrier rhizome,rhizoma atractylodis,alisma,Chinese pyrola herb and shepherd's purse. |
