| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy,changes in kidney function related indexes and blood lipid related indexes of Wenyang Jiangzhi Decoction combined with basic therapy in the treatment of CKD G3a-4 with dyslipidemia(spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type),as well as the scores of Chinese medicine symptoms,to evaluate their effectiveness Sex and safety,provide a clinical basis for more in-depth exploration and promotion of Wenyang Jiangzhi Recipe in the application of CKD G3a-4 combined with abnormal lipid metabolism.Methods: 72 patients eligible for inclusion in the trial were divided into two groups by simple randomized grouping method,and 36 patients in each group.The control group was given a basic treatment plan,the treatment group was given Wenyang Jiangzhi Recipe combined with basic treatment.One cycle is 30 days,and the efficacy evaluation is performed after the end of the two cycles.Assess the renal function-related indexes,blood lipid-related indexes,TCM symptom scores and safety of the two groups before and after treatment.SPSS23.0 software was used to process the data.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 85.3% in the treatment group and 55.9% in the control group.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were compared: the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(3)Comparison of primary and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine between the two groups after treatment: The treatment group is superior to the control group in alleviating the symptoms of chills and cold limbs,fatigue,fatigue,shortness of breath,shortness of breath and weakness of the waist and knees(P<0.05);Each single symptom of the treatment group improved better than before,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the control group suffered from cold limbs,fatigue,fatigue,lack of appetite,shortness of breath,weakness in the waist and knees,abdominal distension and facial floating limbs The swelling was improved compared with before(P<0.05),and the remaining symptoms were not improved(P>0.05).(4)Analysis of related indicators of renalfunction: After treatment,there was no statistical difference in eGFR changes between the two groups(P>0.05);In reducing Scr and BUN,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);Scr,eGFR and BUN levels of both groups improved before and after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)Effectiveness analysis of the CKD G3a-4phase of the two groups after treatment: the effective rate was 91.2% in the treatment group and 79.4% in the control group,and the effective rate in the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Analysis of blood lipid-related indicators: After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing TC,TG and LDL-C(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant change in HDL-C between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);Before and after treatment within the group,the above four indicators have improved,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).(7)Effective analysis of abnormal lipid metabolism in the two groups after treatment: the total effective treatment group was 91.2%,the control group was 76.5%,and the difference was statistically significant after analysis(P<0.05).(8)Safety analysis: No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the two groups of patients.Conclusion:(1)Wenyang Jiangzhi Recipe combined with basic treatment for CKD G3a-4 combined with abnormal lipid metabolism,compared with simple basic treatment,can improve patients’ TCM symptoms and relieve clinical discomfort symptoms.(2)The combination of Wenyang Jiangzhi Recipe and basic therapy in the treatment of CKD G3a-4combined with abnormal lipid metabolism,compared with basic therapy alone,can better improve relevant test indicators,improve clinical efficacy,and have high safety. |
