Jiangzhi Granule On Patients With Abnormal Lipid Metabolism After ART

Objective:Using Jiangzhi Granule to treat patients with abnormal lipid metabolism after AIDS ART,improve the abnormal lipid metabolism,improve the antiviral treatment effect,and form an optimized treatment program of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:50 AIDS patients with abnormal lipid metabolism after ART in various antiviral treatment sites in Urumqi were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table,25 in each group.The experimental group was treated with ART+Jiangzhi Granule,while the control group was treated with ART+placebo.The observation period was 24 weeks.The observation included demographic data,clinical data,safety indicators,efficacy indicators before and after treatment,and the indicators were analyzed statistically.Results:(1)TG count:There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05).(2)TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,apolipoprotein,lipoprotein(a),symptomatic efficacy:after treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05).(3)CD4~+T lymphocyte count:there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(p>0.05),(4)safety indicators:after treatment,there was no significant difference in blood routine,liver and kidney function between the experimental group and the control group.Conclusion:Jiangzhi Granule can improve the level of TG.It has a good effect on hyperlipidemia caused by increased TG after ART.It has not yet been proved that Jiangzhi Granule can improve TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,apolipoprotein,lipoprotein(a),symptoms and curative effect.It has no obvious effect on C D4~+T lymphocyte.It has good safety and no toxic side effects.It needs further clinical study.
