J company is the largest Independent Clinical Laboratory in China,J company continuously optimize its strategy,structure and team to achieve high organization performance equilibrium transfer from performance imbalance.Following the improvement of national medical reform policy and iterative innovation of clinical laboratory technology,Independent Clinical Laboratory have made more contributions in the fields of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,social medical care,construction of the medical community.J company's technical level is on one can reach,the demand for high-end technical talents and compound clinical marketing promotion talents is increasing multiply daily.It is a challenge for human resource management of J company to realize sustainable supply of high-quality talent,as the crux of the matter is the talents can supply just in time,compatibility and accuracy,these factor is the key issues to this subject.With the increasing competition in Independent Clinical Laboratory,new demand on talent supply and cultivation under this background,which the marketing model innovation,development of advanced technology and remove the barriers with customer relationship.Based on the above background,we choose set the talent supply chain as the main research direction,focusing on the key talents supply chain in marketing and technology of J company,the purpose is to optimize the talent supply chain system of J company through systematic analysis of J company's talent supply chain system.Firstly,we introduces the development and research status of talent supply chain at hme and abroad,the theories of talent,talent management,supply chain and talent supply chain are surved.Secondly,put forward the issues of J company in talent supply chain as the optimization methods and suggestions based on the inventory of J company's talent pool and the analysis of human resource structure and characteristics,by using the methods of field investigation,interview and document arrangement.In terms of talent planning,based on the decoding strategy promote the dynamic implementation of talent establishment management.formulate short-term and medium to long-term talent planning through business atlas building talent portrait.In terms of talent supply,ensure the talent supply just in time through the construction of external talent pool and internal talent echelon to establish a strategic recruitment system.In terms of talent cultivation,learning war in war for instance to design different training programs for different talents lead-in action learning model.service for the business needs promote talent cultivation such as new employees training,coaching leadership of senior management from general quality training to advance of leadership.In terms of talent inventory,sorted out the competency model through interview the middle and senior management of J company,from performance,staff management and capability,dynamic inventory of talents in different dimensions.The main innovations are as follows,introducing the idea of talent supply chain into the practice of talent management in Independent Clinical Laboratory industry.to improve the efficiency of build the talent supply chain and it's ROI.It provides suggestions for the future talent cultivation in Marketing and Technology,it has certain guiding significance for J company to undertake and implement future strategy.
