Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Quyu Combined With GP Regimen In The Treatment Of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:By setting the randomized controlled trial,to observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpiqutan decoction combined with advanced GP regimen in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,to evaluate the effect in the clinical diagnosis and treatment,and provide a useful prescription for the treatment of lung cancer with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Forty-eight non-small cell lung cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(Jianpiqutan decoction combined with GP chemotherapy) 24 cases,control group(GP chemotherapy alone) 24 cases.Every 21 days as one cycle,observe two cycles.To compare the differents in the changes of clinical curative effect,clinical symptoms,Karnofsky score,weight,blood rheology correlation index,cellular immune function and adverse reaction incidence.Those resules were analysed by statistics.Results:All completed 2 cycles of treatment in both groups, two groups of cases before treatment in gender, age, pathological type, clinical stage, KPS score after statistics analysis, have no obvious difference(P>0.05).It means the two groups were comparable. Compared two groups of tumors in the near future curative effect after treatment, two groups of curative effect, after statistics processing result there was no significant difference(P>0.05), but in improving clinical symptoms, KPS score, increase and maintain weight, improving cellular immune function, reduce blood viscosity, protect bone marrow function, alleviate nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy were better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpiqutan decoction combined with GP chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer patients,can improve the patients' clinical symptoms and physical conditions, improve the immune function of patients, reduce blood viscosity, and to the toxicity of chemotherapy has a certain role in the prevention and treatment, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
