Objective:From the perspective of patient:(1)how about patient satisfaction after TKA?(2)What factors affect patient satisfaction? Methods:A retrospective analysis of patients who underwent TKA in orthopedic surgery at the First Hospital of Jilin University from January2016 to October 2018.A total of 101 patients were included in the study(79 cases of single knee,22 cases of double knee,123 cases of knee),including 21 males(17 cases of single knee,4 cases of double knee),80 females(62 cases of single knee,18 cases of double knee). The clinical efficacy of TKA was evaluated by the 2011 KSS,and the basic information of patient was recorded, including gender, age, weight. All data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software(IBM Corporation,USA).Results:In the 2011 KSS,the symptom of patients was 19.90 ± 3.83,the satisfaction was 29.19 ± 6.55,the degree of expectation realization was9.31±2.67,the walking and standing was 21.66±4.13,the completion of daily activities was 21.93 ± 3.75,the ability to complete large-scale activities was 10.62±4.40,and the discretionary activities was 9.98±2.27.Combined with U-test analysis, there was no significant difference in satisfaction between male and female patients(P = 0.811 P>0.05).From the scatter plot and Pearson's linear correlation analysis, there was positive correlation among symptom, degree of expectation realization, walking and standing, completion of daily activities, ability to complete large-scale activities, discretionary activities and patient satisfaction(P < 0.05).There was no significant correlation between patients' age,BMI and patient satisfaction(P>0.05).In multiple regression analysis, patient satisfaction was used as the dependent variable, and statistically significant indicators in the scatter plot and Pearson linear correlation analysis were used as independent variables, including symptom, degree of expectation realization, walking and standing, completion of daily activities, ability to complete large-scale activities, discretionary activities. The results showed that P<0.05 for symptom, degree of expectation realization, walking and standing had statistical significance, while P > 0.05 for completion of daily activities, ability to complete large-scale activities, discretionary activities had no statistical significance.Combined with the standardized regression coefficient,In terms of affecting the degree of patient satisfaction: the degree of expectation realization>symptoms>walking and standing.Conclusion:1.Our reported patient satisfaction was 29.19±6.55.2.With the relief of pain, the realization of expectations, and the improvement of various functional activities, patient satisfaction will be improved in different degrees, but patient's gender, age and BMI have nothing to do with patient satisfaction.3.Patient's degree of expectation realization, pain relief, walking and standing have significant effects on patient satisfaction, indicating that these are the most important factors for patients after TKA,and In terms of affecting the degree of patient satisfaction: degree of expectation realization>symptom > walking and standing.
