Background:Under the influence of the rapid development of economy, the population structure change and Poor eating habits and unhealthy way of life, the morbidity and mortality of coronary atherosclerosis heart disease is on the rise.Among them,triple-vessel coronary artery disease has a very high incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and mortality, causing a great burden on both the economic level and medical resources of the family and the society, and even causing poverty due to disease and returning to poverty due to disease.Effective medical intervention can greatly improve the prognosis of patients. In this study, the analysis of the Pathogenic risk factors of triple-vessel coronary artery disease is helpful for early identification of such high-risk groups, early diagnosis, intervention and rational allocation of medical resources.Traditionally defined risk factors associated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease include age, gender, related family history, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, smoking, alcohol consumption, and obesity. However, the relationship between the above risk factors and the triple-vessel coronary artery disease is not clear.Objective:1.To investigate the risk factors of triple-vessel coronary artery disease in order to intervene and reduce the incidence of three-vessel coronary artery disease as soon as Possible.2.Through the analysis of influencing factors of the length of hospitalization,it is expected to select the optimal treatment plan, reduce the length of hospitalization and rationally allocate medical resources.Method:1.A total of 245 patients(31-93 years old)with an average age of 61.84±11.09 years old)with triple coronary artery lesions diagnosed by coronary angiography in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected, including 206 males and 39 females.A total of 202 patients(control group)with single-branch coronary artery disease diagnosed by coronary angiography, aged from 28 to 75 years old, with an average age of 57.19±13.70 years old, were randomly selected, including 138 males and 63 females.2.Laboratory examination data were collected at the time of admission, such as RBC,WBC,platelet, neutrophil absolute value, neutrophil percentage, hemoglobin,RBC distribution width, platelet distribution width, hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),troponin,nmda aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),three free iodine thyroxine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4),urea,creatinine,uric acid(UA),etc.3.The patient's medical history was collected, such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia, subclinical hypothyroidism,smoking,drinking,etc?4.To collect the cardiovascular events and medication information of the Patients in hospital?5.SPSS25.0 software package was used for statistical analysis. If the measurem ent data conform to the normal distribution, the expression is ±S,and the independen t sample t test is used for the inter-group comparison.Non-conforming normal distrib ution was represented by M(Q25,Q75),and comparison between groups was conduct ed by mann-whitney U test or kruskal-wallis rank sum test. The enumeration data we re represented by n(%),and the comparison between groups was conducted by the t est or Fisher's exact probability method.Binary logistic regression analysis was used to study the independent influencing factors of three coronary artery lesions. When P< 0.05,the difference was considered statistically significant.Result:1.Triple-vessel coronary artery disease group compared with single-branch coro nary artery disease group,:male, hypertension, diabetes, subclinical hypothyroidism, age,s moking index,cr-eatinine,fasting blood glucose,LDL-C,TSH and TC were higher t han those of the single b-ranch lesion group.Hemoglobin and HDL-C levels were lo wer than those in the single-vessel group.2.For male patients,triple-vessel coronary artery disease group compared with single br-anch coronary artery disease group:hypertension, diabetes, and age, smoking index, fasting blo-od glucose, and TSH level were higher than those in the single br anch lesion group.Leucocyte,hemoglobin,Platelet,AST,ALT,HDL-C levels, alcoho l consumption history was lower than that of the single branch lesion group.3.For female patients,triple-vessel coronary artery disease group compared with single-branch coronary artery disease group:hypertension,diabetes,platelet,LDL-C and fasting blood glucose levels were higher than those in the single-branch lesion group.Leucocyte, neutrophil percentage,HDL-C,hemoglobin,ALT,FT3 levels were lower than those in the single-branch lesion group.4.For elderly patients(?60 years old),triple-vessel coronary artery disease gro up com-pared with single-branch coronary artery disease group:male?diabetes ?the smoking index, subclinical hypothyroidism history,TC,LDL-C,TSH,creatinine and f asting blood glucose were all higher than those in the single-branch lesion group. He moglobin levels were lower than those in the single-branch group?5.For young patients(?45 years old),triple-vessel coronary artery disease gro up com-Pared with single-branch coronary artery disease group:male, smoking index,diabetes,LDL-C and UA were higher than those of the single-vessel lesion group?6.The length of hospital stay was positively correlated with the width of platelet distrib-ution,Killip grading and intracoronary application of tirofiban. There was a n egative correlation with diuretic use.Conclusion:1.The risk factors for triple-vessel coronary artery disease included: male, age, hypertension, diabetes, history of subclinical hypothyroidism,LDL-C,smoking index.2.The length of hospital stay was positively correlated with the width of platelet distrib-ution,Killip grading and intracoronary application of tirofiban. There was a n egative correla-tion with diuretic use.
