| In the process of social development,firefighters have always shouldered the glorious mission of safeguarding people's lives and property,and played an important role in various tasks such as fire fighting and rescue and social assistance.However,with the development of the national economy,the application of new technologies and new materials has brought new development opportunities for the development of the industry,and it has also increased the difficulty of rescue of some fires and sudden accidents.Firefighters need to deal with all kinds of complicated problems during the rescue process,and may be exposed to some inflammable and explosive chemical dangerous goods,toxic substances and other hazard elements at any time.In the case of large-scale geological disaster rescue,it will be due to high temperature,photoelectricity,etc.T,he existence of stimulus sources increases the risk of firefighters on-site rescue.Therefore,this paper takes 453 firefighters from the Weinan City Fire Rescue Detachment as the research object,combines the physical examination results of firefighters with psychological quality and daily life behaviors to conduct a comprehensive analysis to understand the occupational health development of firefighters in Weinan City at this stage,explores the main influencing factors and provides strong support for the development of targeted countermeasures to improve firefighters' occupational health level.The research contents are as follows:(1)The overall statistical method is used to study the health of the body.After comprehensively sorting out the basic data of 453 firefighters,According to the different age groups,the comparison of various physical examination indicators showed that with the increase of age,the ratio of blood pressure exceeding the standard,the abnormal rate of renal function,the ratio of abnormal chest radiograph,and the abnormal rate of electrocardiogram will increase.According to the comparative analysis of the indicators in the three periods of employment,it was found that with the increase of the working hours,the blood pressure exceeding the standard ratio and the BMI exceeding the standard ratio increased,while the abnormal urine ratio and the abnormal rate of the electrocardiogram decreased,the working time and There was no significant association between the risk ratio of platelet abnormalities.(2)In the investigation of mental health problems,a comprehensive analysis of 347 questionnaires was conducted.10.1%of firefighters have different levels of psychological problems,and the abnormal rate is significantly higher than that of ordinary people,especially in terms of sleep quality,paranoid personality traits,interpersonal and compulsive traits,etc.Aspects are more obvious than others.At the same time,the level of mental health has a significant correlation with the age and time of the firefighters.Through statistics,it is finally found that firefighters who are over 25 years of age and have been employed for more than 5 years have a significantly higher mental health risk rate than others.(3)The results of daily diet and living habits of firefighters in Weinan City show that the longer the period of employment,the irregular diet,the less intake of fresh fruits,the less intake of eggs,the shorter sleep time,etc.Is an important factor influencing mental health.(4)For the results of this physical examination and psychological investigation,it is proposed to explore the countermeasures for the occupational health protection of firefighters,pay attention to the extensive publicity of firefighters' occupational health,and cause the firefighters themselves and relevant units to attach great importance to it;Get used to balancing nutrient ratios and developing a systematic training program.At the same time,we must pay special attention to the mental health problems of firefighters,do a good job of emotional counseling,and ensure the effective improvement of firefighters' occupational health. |
