Objective:To analyze the prevalence of depression,anxiety and stress of college students,and their influencing factors of college students by studying the status of depression,anxiety and stress college students,to identify the risk factors leading to depression and anxiety of college students by exploring the mental health status of college students,and to put forward targeted preventive measures after the health education and health promotion to provide the basis.Method:The data of this study came from the study conducted in three public universities in Jilin Province in November 2017.By using stratified sampling method,1912 college students from 19 colleges in three public universities in Jilin Province were selected in this survey.Questionnaires were distributed and collected on site.After careful review of the questionnaires,data was entered and database was established through EpiData.Spss24.0 statistical software was used for data processing and processing Analysis.After the measurement data were tested by normality and homogeneity of variance,the analysis of variance was carried out;the chi-square test was used to count the data,and the multi-factor logistic analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of depression,anxiety and stress of college students.Result:(1)In this study,1912 college students were investigated,including 1009 boys(52.8%),903 girls(47.2%);1702 Han(89.0%),211 minority(11.0%);1039 urban(54.3),874 rural(45.7%);506 cultural and historical(26.5%),1406 science and Engineering(73.5%).(2)The results showed that there were 812 students(42.5%)with depression,1151(60.2%)students with anxiety and 641 students(33.5%)with stress.(3)The depression results showed that obesity(OR=1.846,95%CI:1.192-2.857),male students(OR=1.555,95%CI:0.533-0.776),good family economic status(OR= 0.623,95% CI: 0.304-1.277),participating in school community activities(OR=0.594,95%CI:0.478-0.737),good academic performance(OR= 0.435,95% CI: 0.293-0.645).(4)The anxiety results showed that obesity(OR=1.950,95%CI:1.203-3.160),male students(OR=1.235,95%CI:1.023-1.491),from rural areas(OR=1.217,95%CI:1.001-1.481),participating in school community activities(OR=0.756,95%CI:0.605-0.946),good family economic status(OR=0.544,95%CI:0.260-1.137),good academic performance(OR= 0.511,95% CI: 0.338-0.773).(5)The stress results showed that obesity(OR=2.321,95%CI:1.507-3.575),male students(OR=1.396,95%CI : 1.147-1.700),participating in school community activities(OR=0.790,95%CI:0.632-0.987),good academic performance(OR = 0.555,95% CI: 0.372-0.827),good family economic status(OR = 0.421,95% CI: 0.198-0.893).Conclusion:(1)The positive rates of depression,anxiety and stress were 42.5%,60.2% and 33.5% respectively.(2)Good academic performance,family economic status and participating in school community activities are the protective factors of depression,anxiety and stress.(3)Male students,while those from rural areas and obesity may be the risk factors of anxiety.(4)Male students and obesity may be the risk factor of depression and stress.
