| Social problems caused by ageing are becoming increasingly acute.As a result,the number of people with paralysis worldwide continues to grow.Biomedical treatment alone can not completely cure neurological diseases such as stroke and spinal cord injury.Therefore,functional electrical stimulation equipment as a medical rehabilitation instrument has been added to the rehabilitation treatment for hemiplegic patients,but it has many shortcomings,such as fixed stimulation mode,difficult to change pulse waveform,easy to cause muscle fatigue and inconvenience of interactive use.A Limb Movement Rebuilding System based on Android operating system and the idea of electromyographic bridge(EMGB)is improvemented after summarizing the previous work of the research group,which provides a good human-computer interaction experience,can modify the parameters of stimulation pulse in time,and can extract and process EMG signal as stimulation pulse.The Rebuilding System consists of a power supply module,a detection circuit module,a control,operation and display module,a peripheral module and a stimulation circuit module.After the optimization of hardware structure,the detection circuit supports 8-channel signal acquisition,and the stimulation circuit supports 4-channel stimulation output.The accuracy of detection and stimulation is also improved.The control module also adds Exynos4412 chip as the main control chip to load the Linux kernel and Android operating system,and enlarges the size of the display screen.The main function of the Rebuilding System is developed by the control system.The control system designed in this paper has three treatment modes: the Ordinary FES Mode,the Bridge Mode,and the Record-Replay Mode.The Ordinary FES Mode can easily change parameters and output artificially coded pulses.The Bridging Mode applies EMG signals from the healthy side to the affected side.The control system also supports storing the signal files of the stimulation circuit in the Record-Replay Mode.The built-in database contains the basic identity information of patients and the parameter information saved in the Ordinary FES Mode.The control system also has waveform viewing function and timing/timing function.The former can be used to observe the output roughly waveform.The latter is used for insight into the period of treatment to avoid muscle fatigue.The control system has been experimented on human body.The designed functions work normally and can run compatibly with the improved detection system and stimulation system. |
