Study On Food Safety Under The Background Of Healthy China Strategy

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to carry out the healthy China initiative in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on October 18,2017.Promoting the healthy China initiative is an inevitable choice for the party and the government to develop with the people as the center in the new era which is conducive to properly solving the difficulties and problems encountered by the party and the government in the process of improving people's health level,maintaining social stability,promoting economic development and improving people's livelihood.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also pointed out that "we should implement the strategy of food safety so that the people can eat safely.Food safety is always the focus of attention of the broad masses of the people.President Xi Jinping said,"food safety is closely related to the health and life of the people,and it affects China's development prospects." At present,the most basic,direct,realistic and urgent need of the people for a better life is food safety.Only with sufficient material security can China achieve healthy and rapid development.In order to promote the long-term and sustainable development of social economy,we should pay enough attention to food safety.China is in an important period of economic transformation.In order to pursue short-term high profits,some food producers are producing fake and shoddy products,which have seriously affected the physical and mental health and life safety of the people.In recent years,the continuous outbreak of food safety incidents often involves a wide range and has serious consequences,which endangers the life and health of the people and the stability of society.In this specific period,food safety issues present a very unsatisfactory situation to everyone.Food safety issues have attracted more and more attention from all walks of life and the solving of food safety issues is severe and arduous task,which is not only related to social and livelihood issues,but also to China's international image.Food is the basic guarantee for people's survival.With the progress and development of society,people's attention to food safety has been gradually increased.Only by fully ensuring the health and safety of food,can people eat safely,can people's health and life safety be guaranteed,our country's economy can develop healthily,and our country can flourish.Therefore,to solve the problem of food safety and ensure that everyone can eat safe food has naturally become an urgent problem for us.This paper is divided into six parts,as follows:The first is the introduction,which describes the research background,researchsignificance,research review,and explains the research methods and innovations of this paper.In the second part,the definition and development of Health China strategy are analyzed,and the definition and important role of food safety are explained.The third part studies and discusses the basic theory and thought of food safety,as well as the experience of food safety at home and abroad,which lays the foundation for solving the food safety problems later.In the fourth part,it discusses the manifestation of domestic food safety,analyzes the negative impact of food safety problems,and deeply analyzes the causes of food safety problems in China through the country,society,enterprises and consumers.The fifth part is the focus of this article.It analyzes the government,society,enterprises,and consumers in the context of a healthy China initiative,and then proposes countermeasures and rationalization suggestions to solve food safety problems.The last part concludes the summary of the full text.
