Research On The Old-age Pension For Onlychild Family Of Chongqing From The Perspective Of Medical-nursing Combination

Since the end of the 1970 s,China has been implementing the family planning policy for more than 30 years.In addition,the aging of the population is increasing,the family structure is becoming more and more miniaturized,and the family function is weakening.Compared with families with many children,its uniqueness and irreplaceability make the care function of the only-child family particularly vulnerable.The problem of the old-age care for the only-child family has become a hot topic.The aging of the population is an irreversible new normal in China during the period of social transformation and an important symbol of social civilization and progress.Facing the fact that there is only one child,the traditional pension model has been difficult to have a traditional family pension basis,so it becomes necessary to explore and promote a new model of combining medical care and support.The paper is based on the background that the population aging process in China is accelerating and the aging degree is deepening.Additionally,the aging process in Chongqing is ahead of most provinces and cities in the country.Taking only-child family of Chongqing as the entry point,based on a large amount of literature review,through comprehensive research methods such as questionnaires,interviews,and field trips,taking the one-child family in Banan District,Chongqing as an example,the research is conducted on the one-child family in Chongqing.The research is mainly carried out from several aspects,such as the basic situation of the only-child parents,the current position of the elderly,the demand for the elderly,and the willingness of the elderly.The main research contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and research significance of the selected topic,the domestic and foreign literature reviews,the basic ideas and overall framework,and research content and methods;at the same time,it explains the innovation and shortcomings of this research.The second part mainly points out the related basic concepts theoretically.From a theoretical point of view,it introduces the definition of population aging,the medical-nursing combination,and the old-age care of the only child parents,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for old-age care.The third part,starting from the realistic background,mainly describes the current situation of only-child parents' pensions of Chongqing,and the situations of medical-nursing combination.The fourth part is the core part of the article.Based on questionnaires,interview materials,and field visits,the analysis of the elderly in only-child family of Chongqing mainly includes the current situation,attitudes,needs,and willingness to care for the elderly.The fifth part is the problem and countermeasures,which mainly discusses and ponders the existing problems of the only-child family in Banan District,Chongqing City,analyzes the constraints of related departments.And starting from the three levels of the state,society,and individuals,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the quality of old-age care for only-child family and make every effort to meet the old-age needs of only-child parents.
