Objective:Objective to analyze the risk factors in hospitalized children with acute asthma exacerbation in a hospital from 2016 to 2018.Methods:The clinical data of children with diagnosed acute asthma exacerbation in a hospital from January 1,2016 to December 31,2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The risk factors in children with acute asthma exacerbation were analyzed using statistical methods.Results:(1)in the children with acute asthma exacerbation,51.2%children were younger than 3 years old.(2)Children with acute asthma exacerbation are accounted for 20.0%,22.4%,43.8% and 13.8% in spring, summer, autumn and winter.(3)With the increase in age,the proportion of boys and combined respiratory tract infection in children with acute asthma exacerbation decreased gradually, while the proportion of combined allergic history or rhinitis and irregular drug use for previously diagnosed asthma gradually increased, with statistically significant differences(P <0.05).(4)Allergic history,RSV and the detection rate of Moraxellacatarrhalis showed statistically significant differences in acute asthma exacerbation at different degrees in young children(< 6 years old)(P <0.05).In older children(> 6 years old),statistically significant differences were found in the severity of acute asthma exacerbation and the irregular use of drugs after previously diagnosed asthma(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)< 3 years old children are more likely to be hospitalized for acute asthma exacerbation than children of other ages.(2)Autumn is the peak period of hospitalization due to acute asthma exacerbation.(3)Risk factors of acute asthma exacerbation are different in children at different ages.(4)Different risk factors may influence the severity of acute asthma exacerbation in different ages.
