| Objective: To observe the effect of oral administration,posted outside as mild, moderate acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma(asthma cold) the clinical efficacy of treatment. Use the system to evaluate its efficacy and safety.Treatments intended to provide practical and valuable for the clinical treatment of asthma.Methods: Acute exacerbation of asthma light Hei Longjiang Province Nan Gang Branch of Respiratory Medicine Clinic Academy occur moderate symptoms of 60 patients with cold asthma,were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 30 cases. General information on the two groups were not statistically different. Give oral medicine to treatment group(asthma particles) within acupuncture point paste. Give Sere tide group.Asthma particles: a daily,half an hour after a meal the night before breakfast hours service;acupuncture point paste: once a day, every 4-6 hours;Secretive: Each one sucked,every 50μg,day 2 times.One week for a course of treatment lasted two weeks.Were compared wheezing,coughing,chest tightness,wheezing symptoms and lung sputum song,etc,the total effect was observed clinical symptoms, integrating individual clinical symptoms, lung function(including FEV1,FVC, FEV1/FVC), EOS count and Safety indicators of changes.Results: After two weeks treatment, the total efficiency of the treatment group was statistically significant(p<0.05) than the control group. The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group after treatment. The total effective rate was 73.3% in the control group after treatment. TCM symptom score two single contrast, after treatment, wheezing, chest tightness, wheezing lungs three symptoms, the treatment group is better than the control group(p<0.05); in improving cough, sputum two symptoms is equally effective in the control group(p>0.05). Lung function before and after treatment in two groups, in FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC improve on are significant differences(p<0.05). Comparison of the two groups after treatment and before treatment group, lung function improved significantly(p<0.05); after treatment, there is a significant effect(p<0.05) between the treatment group and the control group.EOS count comparison in two groups, the treatment group after treatment number of eosinophils significantly decreased(p<0.01);treated eosinophils was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05).In conclusion:1. Chinese Herbs, posted outside method can significantly improve acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma Asthma patients with major cold symptoms and signs.2. Chinese Herbs,posted outside method can reduce eosinophil-induced airway inflammatory response, improve pulmonary function. |
