Objective:In this study, Gensini score evaluation was used for patients who received CAG stasis syndrome to measure the level of coronary lesion, and to analyze the extent of Blood Stasis, also the relationship between RDW level and coronary artery lesion level. Moreover, this study discuss the value of predicting Blood Stasis score combined RDW for coronary artery disease. Methods:The study selected 202 inpatients that have Blood Stasis and received CAG treatment from Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of Chinese medicine during October 2015 to February 2016, based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Among these inpatients,96 of them who coronary angiography showed normal coronary arteries or artery abnormalities but did not meet the CHD diagnostic criteria are non-CHD group.106 inpatients who met the CHD diagnostic criteria are CHD group. The sample collection includes gender, age, past history, disease diagnosis and other clinical information. The study detected RDW-CV, RBC, HGB, MCV, HCT, WBC, GRA, Mon, hs-CRP, Glu, TBIL, UA, CRE, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and other laboratory indicators of the inpatients. Blood stasis score and Gensini score were collected.SPSS 19.0 statistic software was used to conduct data analysis. Measurement data was expressed as mean ±standard deviation. Count data was expressed as rate or frequency. t(t’) test or non-parametric test for independent samples were used to compare measurement data between two groups. Count data was compared under x2 test. Correlation was analyzed by Spearman. Gensini score factors were analyzed by stepwise regression. CHD risk factors were analyzed by logistic regression. Discuss the value of predicting Blood Stasis score combined RDW for coronary artery disease by receiver operating characterist. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result:Univariate test results indicate that there are significant differences between CHD group and non-CHD group among gender, age, smoking age, RDW-CV, RBC, MCV, WBC, GRA, Mon, hs-CRP, CRE, HDL-C, LDL-C, Blood Stasis score level(P<0.05). No statistically significant difference was found among Hypertension history, Hyperlipidemia history, Diabetes history, TBIL, UA, TC, TG, HbAlc, and Glu. Advanced analysis according to Spearman correlation shows that, there is a positive relation between RDW-CV and hs-CRP, GRA, Mon, also between Blood Stasis Score and hs-CRP, GRA, Mon (P<0.05). There is no relation between RDW-CV, Blood Stasis Score and WBC.Blood Stasis score (r=0.545, P<0.001) and RDW-CV (r=0.542, P<0.001) both have positive relations with Gensini score. According to multiple regression equation, linear R2 are 0.256 and 0.124, which indicates both of Blood Stasis Score and RDW-CV are positive related with Gensini score. That means with the increasing of Blood Stasis Score and RDW-CV, the severity of CHD also increase. Divided into two groups based on the median, patients with diagnosed coronary heart disease in the group that above median are 2.5 times lower than the group that below median.Stepwise regression analysis indicates that Blood Stasis Score, RDW-CV, male, GRA, MCV, TG and diabetes have linear regression relations with Gensini score (R=0.719, R2=0.516, ad justed R2=0.496). The result of regression analysis of variance is F=25.759, PP<0.001, which presents that Blood Stasis Score and RDW-CV are still positive related to Gensini score. Multiple factors logistic regression analysis result shows that RDW-CV and Blood Stasis Score are independent factors and predictors of CHD (Exp(B) is 2.011 and 1.157).Conelusion:1. There is a positive relation between Blood Stasis Score and RDW-CV.2. The Blood Stasis Score more severe, the higher the value of RDW-CV, and Gensini Score the higher.3. Blood Stasis Score and the level of RDW-CV can be independent predictors of CHD.4. Blood Stasis Score combined RDW-CV contributes to screen CHD group which at high risk.
