| Objective: Exploring the diagnostic value of mean platelet volume(MPV)and fibrinogen/albumin ratio(FAR)in coronary heart disease.Methods: A total of 511 patients who underwent coronary angiography(CAG)in the Hefei Second People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021.According to the results of CAG,the patients were divided into coronary heart disease group(n=334)and control group(n=177),All patients were divided into high MPV,FAR group and low MPV,FAR group based on the median of MPV,FAR.The difference of Gensini score between the two groups was compared,and the ROC curve of MPV,FAR and combined index for predicting coronary heart disease was plotted.Results: 1.The FAR level of the coronary heart disease group was 0.07(0.06,0.08),which was higher than that of the control group of 0.06(0.05,0.07),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the MPV level of the coronary heart disease group was 10.9(10.2,11.7),which was higher than the MPV level of the control group of 10.3(9.6,11.2),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);2.The Gensini score in the high MPV level group was 41(20,62),which was higher than the Gensini score of 27(12,47)in the low MPV level group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the Gensini score in the high FAR level group was 42(26,62),which was higher than the low FAR level group 24(12,46),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);3.Spearman correlation analysis showed that MPV,FAR,and Gensini score were positively correlated,and the correlation coefficients were r FAR =0.426,r MPV =0.254,(P <0.05);4.The result of ROC curve analysis showed that FAR,MPV and the combined indicator of the two had predictive value for coronary heart disease,and the area under the curve predicted coronary heart disease were 0.705(95%CI 0.664~0.745),0.619(95%CI 0.576~0.662),and 0.732(95%CI 0.691~0.770),respectively,The area under the curve of the two combined predictions of coronary heart disease was higher than that of a single index,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions: There is a correlation between FAR and MPV and the severity of coronary artery disease,FAR and MPV can predict the degree of coronary artery disease,and the predictive value of the combination of the two is greater than that of a single index. |
