Study On The Mode Of Providing For The Aged Of Urban Residents Under The Guidance Of The Concept About Medical-Nursing Combined

Since the reform and opening up,the situation of population ageing in China has been getting worse and worse,especially with the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of the elderly population in cities,resulting in the increasing pressure on urban medical care services.In response to the legitimate demands of older persons living in cities for access to life care and medical care services and in order to satisfy their aspirations for a better life,we should combine the efforts of the government,the market,the community,social organizations and other service subjects to promote the deep integration of medical care resources and old-age care resources,and build a reasonable old-age care model for urban residents guided by the concept of medical care,to provide scientific and convenient medical care services for the elderly.The rational construction of the pattern of providing for the aged is conducive to ensuring that the elderly share in the fruits of reform and development and maintaining social equity;it is also conducive to reducing the waste of the resources of providing for the aged and medical care and optimizing the allocation of resources;and it is also conducive to the cultivation of new economic growth points,reducing economic pressure and promoting social and economic stability and development.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the basis and significance of the topic,the present situation of the research,the research ideas and methods,the innovation and the deficiency;the second chapter is the related concept and the theoretical basis of the research on the mode of providing for the aged of urban residents under the guidance of the medical care concept,on the basis of defining the concepts of "the concept of medical care","the mode of providing for the aged" and "the mode of providing for the aged by urban residents",this paper systematically expounds the social security thought contained in the classic Marxism and the exposition of the pension model in the Chinese Marxist theory,and draws lessons from the main Western social security theories,the third chapter is the analysis of the current situation and problems of the urban residents' old-age pension model.This chapter first explains the current situation and problems of the urban residents' old-age pension model,on this basis,the paper analyzes the restrictive factors from four aspects: System Guarantee,market mechanism of pension industry,community work and participation of social organizations The fourth chapter is to perfect the strategy choice of the urban residents' pension model under the guidance of the concept of medical care,this paper puts forward some concrete strategies for perfecting the system guarantee,giving full play to the market function,building the community medical care service platform and coordinating various social organizations to develop the medical care and the old-age service.
