| Objective This paper will analyze the results of the questionnaire on patients' satisfaction in six public hospitals in 2014,2015 and 2016,and provide reference for public hospitals to promote the improvement of service quality and improve patients ' satisfaction in the future,and provide data support in the management evaluation method.Methods The survey used field random stop and hospital bed random search.The structural equation model was used to analyze the influencing factors of patient satisfaction,and the satisfaction degree of hospitalized patients in Yinchuan Municipal public hospital was comprehensively evaluated by Top-sis method.Results(1)The overall level of satisfaction rate level of hospitalized patients in municipal public hospitals in 2014,2015 and 2016 is all above 90%(2)The satisfaction score of Yinchuan City Public hospital was calculated by using the satisfaction percentile division method,and the patients ' satisfaction score was above 90 points in three years,and the level of maintenance was higher.(3)Through the analysis of structural equation model,the main factors influencing the satisfaction of inpatients in municipal public hospitals in Yinchuan City are the service attitude of medical staff,followed by the technical level,admission experience,hospital environment and medical Service and privacy.Conclusion(1)The overall level of satisfaction of hospitalized patients in municipal public hospitals in Yinchuan city in 2014,2015 and 2016 is higher.(2)The satisfaction degree of hospitalized patients in municipal public hospitals in Yinchuan City was evaluated by using inpatient satisfaction rate,inpatient satisfaction percentile division method and Top-sis comprehensive evaluation method,and the results of three methods varied,and each had advantages and disadvantages.(3)The comprehensive evaluation method is of great significance to the evaluation of inpatients' satisfaction. |
