Influential Factor Analysis For Pregnancyrelated Low Back Pain Women Based On Structural Equation Modeling

Background: Pregnancy-related low back pain(PLBP)is a clinical syndrome as pain is the main complaint without the basis of previous lumbar disease.As one of the most common discomfort symptoms of pregnant women,PLBP leads to physical and sleep disorders,and reduces the quality of life of pregnant women,at the same time,it also can increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes and postpartum depression;in addition,the disability of pregnant women not only brings social economy losses,but also leads to long-term health effects.Through reviewing the literature,we find that PLBP is influenced by multiple factors,but univariate analysis and multi-factor linear regression can not analyze the relationships between the influence factors and indirect effects.Objective: Based on the theory of healthy ecological model,reviewing the domestic and foreign literatures,this study used structural equation modeling methods to explore the relevant influencing factors of pregnant-related low back pain and their relationships,so as to provide the basis for developing scientific measures of PLBP women to controlling the prevalence,and improving the quality of life.Methods: This was a descriptive study,420 pregnant women are chosen as research subjects.The survey tools included general information questionnaires,numerical pain rating scale,pregnancy physical activity questionnaires,social support rating scales,and Roland-Morris disability questionnaire.A total of 420 questionnaires were distributed and 389 were recovered.We used the Excel table to build the database and the data were analyzed by using SPSS19.0 software.Using Amos software to fit the structural equation model of the factors related to PLBP.Results:(1)In the study,the most severe pain rate of the NRS score is 4.53,the slightest pain score is 2.42,and the mean pain within 24 hours is 2.46.The pain scores of women during second and third trimester are 2.52±1.28 and 2.88±1.55,the difference was statistically significant.RMDQ score was 8.80 ± 6.00,degree of dysfunction was mild,moderate,and severe with 50.4%,37.8%,and 11.8%.(2)Factors affecting PLBP included personal characteristics,personal behavior,family community network and working or living conditions,the impact of the total effects of the value were 0.347?-0.122?-0.144 and 0.363.Conclusion: In general,the degree of low back pain and dysfunction in pregnant women is mild to moderate.PLBP women' physical activity during pregnancy is mostly low intensity,and lack of medium and high intensity activities.The social support for PLBP women during pregnancy was in a low level and lower than other healthy pregnant women average in China.Factors affecting PLBP included personal characteristics,personal behavior,working or living conditions and family community network,and the largest role were the personal characteristics and working or living conditions,while there were correlations between these various factors.
