Objective:to investigate the status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and its relationship with anxiety and depression in healthy people in our hospital. Methods:the general data of healthy people who underwent 13C urea breath test in the physical examination center of our hospital from May to August,2019 were retrospectively analyzed.People divided into Hp infection positive group and negative group. They were investigated by questionnaires using SAS and SDS.Results:the infection rate of Hp in 182 patients was 51.1%.The percentage of young people in Hp positive group was less than that in Hp negative group, and the scores of SAS and SDS were higher than that in Hp negative group(P<0.05).Gender,marital status, occupation and educational background were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that Hp infection was positively correlated with SAS score,SDS score, gender and age stratification(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of Hp infection showed that women(OR=2.065,95%CI:1.061?4.019,P=0.033)and anxiety level(OR=7.990,95%CI:3.127?20.418,P<0.001)were independent risk factors for Hp infection. Conclusion:Hp infection is obviously correlated with anxious?sex and gender in healthy people.
