| Objective:Lead-DBS software was used to deal with the relationship between image and electric field after DBS.Methods:40 cases of DBS operation were selected,and postoperative parameters,recording and imaging and video recording were recorded in each case.The parameters and imaging data were processed by Lead-DBS 2.0 software,and the relationship between electric field and the structure around the nuclear cluster was obtained,and its performance with video data was analyzed.Results:There was no statistical difference in postoperative regulation and visual symptom control by electric field simulation and image fusion.Conclusion:Using Lead-DBS 2.0 software to deal with the image and electric field after DBS operation,the anatomic relationship of the image analysis is consistent with the different clinical symptoms of the video data. |
