Objective : To analyze the postoperative program-controlled parameters to the improvement and evaluate the effects of subthalamus-deep brain stimulation(STN-DBS)for the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods :60 patients admitted to the study from2016 to 2018,applying UPDRS in the improvement of movement and non-movement symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease before and after surgery and evaluate the effects of programmed parameters.Result :compared with preoperative patients UPDRS score improved significantly,follow-up after surgery,patients improve stability,quality of life has improved significantly.Conclusion:STN-DBS is a safe and effective method for the treatment of Parkinson's disease,and Postoperative program control is an important part of the treatment...
