Objective:1.Compare the visual quality of patients with different Angle Kappa cataract after implantation of multi-focal intraocular lens and to investigate the effect of Angle Kappa on the visual quality after implantation of multi-focal intraocular lens.2.Comparison of Angle Kappa differences between pre-implantation and post-implantation of multi-focus artificial lens implantation measured by iTrace. Methods:A Prospective study was performed.Data were collected from 51 patients(95 eyes)aged 43-74 who underwent cataract surgery in Shanxi eye hospital from March 2018 to October 2019.Patients were divided into 2 groups according to the preoperative Angle Kappa: group A(Kappa < 0.3mm)(50 eyes);Group B(Kappa ? 0.3mm)(45 eyes);Check 1 month,3 months postoperatively in patients with Uncorrected distance visual acuity,Uncorrected intermediated visual acuity,Uncorrected near visual acuity, best corrected distant vision,af objective visual qualifter 3 months Stxehl xatio(SR)),the high-order abberation, subjective visual quality such as glare, halo, and other adverse symptoms, satisfaction. The independent sample T test was used for the data in the samples. The changes of angle kappa before and after operation was analyzed by paired sample t test. Results:Angle Kappa has no effect on the postoperative vision, objective visual quality andthe incidence of halo of multi-focal intraocular lens.Large Angle Kappa will increase the incidence of glare, but the incidence of glare has little effect on the subjective satisfaction of patients. The Angle Kappa measured by iTrace after multi-focus intraocular lens implantation was significantly different from that before surgery. The Angle Kappa is reduced by implanting a multi-focal intraocular lens. Conclusion:The Angle Kappa?0.3mm before surgery will not affect the vision and objective visual quality of MIOL implanted patients, but it will increase the incidence of postoperative glare. However, most of the glare did not affect patient satisfaction.Angle Kappa after multifocal intraocular lens implantation was smaller than that before surgery. It is suggested to pay attention to the stability of Kappa Angle in clinic.
