Objective:Using computer-aided three-dimensional printing technology,to study how the precise guidance technology can be used in the treatment of the food impaction with tight proximal contacts.Design the guide plate for the treatment,and carry out preliminary application experiments in vitro.Analyze the error of the guide plate technology in vitro,discusse the factors affecting the precision,and promote the precise of adjustment treatment.Methods:A total of 14 cases of super anhydrite models were collected from the Department of Prosthodontics,Shanxi Medical University.Three-dimensional data of upper and lower jaws of patients were obtained by three-dimensional dental model scanner.A generic three-dimensional design software is used to design the guide plate,which includes three functions: the formation of U-shaped food spillover groove,the adjustment of embrasure angle and the adjustment of embrasure shape.Threedimensional printer was used to print the guide plates,and the occlusal adjustment was simulated on the plaster model.Scan the three-dimensional data and calculate the number of experimental cases required for statistical experiment.Finally,compare the 14 cases of data of three-dimensional dentition,and obtain the line deviation and angle deviation,and make statistical analysis.Results:14 sets of guide plates were in good position,and the occlusal adjustment operation area was well exposed.The digital analysis and comparison of the data showed that the line deviation of the precise guidance technology was(0.38±0.17)mm,and the angle deviation was(4.42±1.37)°.There was no significant difference between the maximum width and the minimum width of the U-shaped food spillway grooves.(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.According to the three-dimensional data,we can design a personalized treatment plan and a set of guide plates for the patients with food impaction by using the computer-aided technology and three-dimensional printing technology2.In this study,we designed and manufactured a digital guide plate and it can help carry out quantitative and self-limited occlusal adjustment treatment operation,which is different from the traditional clinical therapy.In vitro,experiments show that it has high precision and can guide doctors to accurately complete occlusal adjustment treatment,and avoid overtreatment;there is no significant difference between the maximum width and the minimum width precision in the U-shaped food spillway groove,which shows that the guide plate has capacity to limit the bur drilling.3.The error analysis of the precise guidance technology is helpful to improve the accuracy of the therapy,which has an important research significance for the follow-up clinical application.
