BANKGROUND:With the prevalence of obesity and metabolic syndrome(MetS),non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become the largest chronic liver disease in China and the leading cause of abnormal biochemical indicators in healthy liver examination. Therefore, early identification and management of high-risk NAFLD patients and effective intervention measures are crucial to prevent the occurrence and development of NAFLD complications.Research shows that the important cause of NAFLD is the unreasonable diet and sedentary lifestyle.Aerobic exercise can effectively reduce NAFLD crowd of liver steatosis, improve liver histology, while different sports improving liver exercise level is not clear.OBJECTIVE: Moderate intensity aerobic exercise was applied to intervene NAFLD patients,to evaluate the intervention effect and to preliminarily discuss the intervention plan,so as to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for the effective prevention and treatment of NAFLD.METHODS:A total of 158 NAFLD patients who underwent physical examination in the health management center of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital from May 2019 to August 2019 and whom were recruited through the WeChat public account were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into control group(52 cases),monthly follow-up group(54 cases)and weekly follow-up group(52 cases)by random number table grouping method. The control group was given health education only at the time of enrollment, while the monthly follow-up group and weekly follow-up group received moderate intensity aerobic exercise intervention. The frequency of follow-up was different between the two groups. The degree of fatty liver before and after intervention was detected by transient elastography(also called FibroTouch). After 3 months, conducted comparison among groups before and after the intervention of the BMI,waist circumference, hepatic fat attenuation index, liver hardness, blood pressure value,AST,ALT,GGT,FPG,UA,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C.RESULTS:Finally,a total of 147 cases were finally completed, including 49 cases in the control group(3 cases of lost follow-up),49 cases in the monthly follow-up group(5 cases of lost follow-up)and 49 cases in the weekly follow-up group(3 cases of lost follow-up).There were no statistically significant differences among the three groups of patients before the intervention(P>0.05).In the weekly follow-up group,BMI,waist circumference, liver fat attenuation index,DBP,ALT,GGT,TG and UA significantly decreased after intervention compared with before intervention, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: 1.Moderate intensity aerobic exercise can significantly reduce the serum TG level in patients with NAFLD,as well as the ALT and GGT levels, thus significantly reducing the degree of fatty liver.2.The frequency management effect of monthly follow-up is poor, and the frequency management effect of weekly follow-up is very good. However, the method of remote management based on sports bracelet and WeChat software is simple and easy, and the level of acceptance of NAFLD patients is high.
