Objective:To analyze the problems existing in the cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes in tertiary medical institutions in Anhui Province and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality control system of endoscopes in Anhui Province by understanding the current situation of the operation process,facilities and equipment configuration,training system and so on in the process of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection in tertiary medical institutions in Anhui Province.It provides theoretical guarantee and technical support for the implementation of the new norms and the next work focus and research direction of Anhui Endoscopic Quality Control Center.Methods:Based on the Technical Specification for Cleaning and Disinfection of Soft Endoscopy WS507-2016,the Quality Control Standard for Endoscopy in Medical Institutions of Anhui Province(Trial Implementation),relevant literature reports and some similar research results,the General Situation Questionnaire for Endoscope Diagnosis and Treatment Center(Room),the Survey Questionnaire for Cleaning and Disinfection of Endoscope in Endoscope Diagnosis and Treatment Center(Room),Questionnaire on Cleaning and Disinfection Knowledge of Endoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment Center(Room)Staff,A questionnaire survey was conducted on the staffing and training of endoscopic centers(rooms)in secondary and tertiary medical institutions in Anhui Province,the equipment and facilities of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection,the status of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection,and infection control management.Results:With the growth of medical institutions carrying out endoscopic diagnosis and treatment in Anhui Province,the allocation of human resources and equipment for endoscopic cleaning and disinfection facilities in tertiary and secondary medical institutions can not be achieved.In the basic requirements of the Technical Specification for Cleaning and Disinfection of Soft Endoscopy(WS507-2016),there are differences in the understanding and implementation of the key links of the specification in the process of implementing the specification,and there are differences in the ability of medical institutions to rectify the inspection results of the competent departments at all levels.A total of 120 medical institutions were surveyed.The rate of nursing staff taking part in endoscopic cleaning and disinfection knowledge training before employment was 25.50%,and the rate of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection staff taking part in endoscopic cleaning and disinfection training before employment was 20.13%;The collocation rate of automatic washing and eliminating machine is 35%,Complete allocation of protective equipment 27.5%,Independent cleaning and disinfection room 81.67%,75.83% of the lens storage chamber was independent,and 31.67% of the ultrasonic cleaning device was equipped.The third-level medical institutions are superior to the second-level medical institutions in the allocation of automatic washing and elimination machines,protective articles,timers,endoscopic drying equipment,high-pressure water guns,high-pressure air guns,ultrasonic cleaning devices and special cleaning brushes.(P < 0.01);Only 55.56% of the tertiary medical institutions had lateral leakage of therapeutic endoscopes after use and before cleaning,while the secondary medical institutions 91.67%.Conclusion:Improve the importance of medical institutions at all levels of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection and the implementation of technical specifications for soft endoscopic cleaning and disinfection,strengthen supervision to solve the key and difficult points of quality control supervision,and comprehensively improve the self-management level of medical institutions in Anhui Province.
