Along with the advance of modern medicine, a rapid increase in the level ofmedical hospital infection is increasingly complicated, the occurrence of hospitalinfection not only add the waste of national health resources, more important is that itcan bring pain to the patient, health risk and economic loss,it is very heavy to patients, society, or countries. The effect of the hospital disinfection sterilization is closelyrelated to the occurrence of hospital infection, and is also the focus of medical andpublic health administrative department. carried out hospital disinfection and infectionmonitoring Planned and continuous, systematically is a effective prevention and controlof hospital infection and the important content of infectious disease outbreak in hospital. So it is particularly important and necessary to carry out monitoring and analysis of theeffect of the disinfection of medical institutions. It is closely related between thedisinfection effectMedical staff in disinfection sterilization the master degree ofknowledge and values and the service quality, therefore we should strengthen thetraining of medical personnel disinfection knowledge and technical guidance on thebasis of investigate, with the purpose of effectively preventing and controlingnosocomial infection and protecting people’s health. Objective Through field investigation and disinfect inspection to know the disinfectionmanagement of medical institutions and the present situation of the disinfection effect inluan, to find the problems existing in the disinfection process, and to improve thequality of disinfection, what is more,to provide a basis to prevent and controlnosocomial infection. And through the questionnaire survey to understand the knowledge of the situationthe clinical nurses in disinfection sterilization, to find theproblems existing in the investigation, discusses the corresponding health educationcountermeasure, to consolidate and improve the knowledge of the clinical medical staffof disinfection sterilization, to reach the purpose of prevention of nosocomial infection. Methods This study of data were from field investigation and disinfection conditionmonitoring, according to the structure of the existing medical conditions in luanbetween2010to2011in24regarding luan medical institutions used air, countertops, removing poison, medical personnel hand, biopsy forceps, mirror cavity sampling andso on to monitor. We adopted questionnaire survey method, according to two differentlevel hospitals in luan, the knowledge, attitude, behaviour level of disinfectionsterilization in80medical staff at random and recognition of the importance of masterthe situation and disinfection were investigated.Results1.Monitoring of disinfection effect: total of423samples were monitored, thepercent of pass is92.4%,231samples were detected in2010, the percent of pass is89.6%,192samples were detected in2011, the percent of pass is95.8%,presenting arising trend, the difference was statistically significant (chi-square=4.951, p=4.951).Ambient air, countertops, use toxicity venom, medical personnel hand, biopsy forceps, mirror cavity disinfection qualified rate were75%,91.9%,97.9%,88.3%,92.6%,96.6%,the difference was statistically significant (χ~2=24.075,p<0.001) comparing withdifferent monitoring object disinfection rate, the qualification rate of ambient air wasthe lowest,75%. Different departments disinfection of medical institutions, percent ofpass results qualified rate of disinfection of the lowest was pediatrics, gynecology andobstetrics of disinfection qualified rate were low, the medical institutions in differentdepartments disinfection rate there was no statistically significant difference; by testingin the different regions of the medical institutions in2010, Jin Anou disinfectionqualified rate was the lowest, YuAnOu and huoshan county medical institutionsdisinfection qualified rate were higher, test in different regions of the medicalinstitutions in2011, ShouXian qualified rate of disinfection of medical institutions was only slightly lower, the rest of disinfection of medical institutions pass rate above90%.In2010and2011, the qualified rate of disinfection of medical institutions in differentareas, there were no statistically significant difference; Different levels of medicalinstitutions and medical institutions of the nature of no statistically significantdifference were observed in the disinfection rate comparison.2.Investigating the situation of medical staff disinfection knowledge: two hospitalmedical staff had a low degree of overall grasp of knowledgeto disinfection sterilization, especially the environment of the new standard of hospital disinfection hygiene standardof classification, the ultraviolet lamp radiation intensity, after processing wastewater ofcolony count correct overall worst,37.2%,59.0%and16.7%, respectively, especiallyregarding luan hospitals grasp of the new standard is the worst. And the hospital staffhad a very active attitude to disinfection sterilization, and thought disinfection is veryimportant. Two hospital disinfection behavior qualified rate is higher, city hospital had ahigh pass rate than people’s hospital. Conclusions The overall eligible rate of disinfection of medical institutions is high inLu’an City. The qualified rates of disinfection of different detection object weredifferent, and different parts of the medical institutions is not balanced, so the quality ofdisinfection should be improved further, to more effective prevention and control ofnosocomial infections.Medical personnel grasp of the knowledge of disinfectionsterilization conditions remains to be improved, in the future we should strengthen thedisinfection knowledge training and education.
