ObjectiveThe effects of the temperature of multiple enzyme cleaning solution on the efficiency of digestive endoscope cleaning and disinfection were analyzed.MethodsChoose a Grade a Class-three Hospital in suzhou which 240 pieces of digestive endoscopy instruments were randomly divided into three groups, from September 2017 to February 2018.Each group choose 10 to 20 degrees respectively purified water and water temperature more enzyme cleaning fluid(group a),more than 20-30 degrees temperature of purified water with enzyme cleaning fluid(group b),purified water and water temperature 30 to 40 degrees more enzyme cleaning fluid(group c),and compare the three groups percent of pass of cleaning, disinfection effect, the difference of the comparison of three groups of different part of digestive endoscopy, the bacterial count of ATP fluorescence readings.ResultsThe qualification rate of biopsy lumen protein residue in group C(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in group a and group b,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pericardial protein residues((24.05±17.84RLU)in group c and the number of colonies at 24h(8.07±6.62cfu/pieces)were lower than those in group a and group b,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The bacterial colonies and protein residues in different parts of digestive endoscopy in group C were lower than those in group a and b(F=424.40,P<0.0001;F=658.53,P<0.0001).The protein residues in different parts of digestive endoscopy were different(F=61.80,P<0.0001),The water temperature level and the location of digestive endoscopy had an interactive effect on protein residues(F=74.96,P<0.0001);There was no significant difference in the number of bacterial colonies in different parts(F=0.04,P=0.9717).The results of occult blood test showed that the qualified rate of occult blood test in group c was higher than that in group a and group b(?2=11.9946,P=0.0025).There was no difference in the qualified rate of digestive endoscopy cleaning bet-ween the three groups under naked eye test and 5-fold magnifying glass(P>0.05).There was a strong grade correlation between cleaning water temperature and protein residues and bacterial colonies in part of digestive endoscopy,The absolute values of all rank correlation coefficients rs were greater than 0.99,P<0.0001,With the increase of water temperature, protein residues and bacterial colonies showed a downward trend;protein residues decreased to the lowest level at about 37?,and then increased sharply. The number of bacterial colonies decreased to the lowest at about 35?,then a platform was set at 35-37?,and then increased slowly.ConclusionCleaning endoscopy with purified water of 30-40 degree water temperature and multi-enzyme cleaning solution has the best cleaning effect and disinfection effect.Among them, the best cleaning effect is obtained at the water temperature between 35? and 37?.There were differences in protein residues and no differences in bacterial colonies in different parts of the cleaned digestive endoscopy. Therefore, the best cleaning effect can be achieved by controlling the water temperature between 35?37 C,and the parts of digestive endoscopy should be carefully cleaned.
