Investigation And Analysis Of Disinfection Effect Of Medical Endoscope In Yixing City During 2009-2015 Years

Objective:This paper monitors the disinfection effect of all kinds of related samples in the mirror room of hospital in Yixing City 2009-2015.To understand the status of cleaning and disinfection of endoscopy in medical institutions at all levels in Yixing;Using the field survey form,To understand the implementation of various facilities,equipment and various systems in the endoscopy room of different grade hospitals in Yixing;The correlation between the monitoring data analysis and the qualified rate of all kinds of samples is combined,The effect of endoscopic disinfection on the medical institutions of different levels in Yixing City was compared.To explore the feasibility of improving the types of samples and the selection of pathogenic bacteria.It provides a decision basis for the improvement of the technical standards for endoscopic cleaning and disinfection and effective administrative supervision.Methods:Referring to the "operation specification for endoscopic cleaning and disinfection technology"(2004 Edition)and "hospital disinfection hygienic standard" GB15982-2012,During the period of 2009-2015,the endoscopic disinfection effect was monitored in the hospital with endoscopic diagnosis and treatment in yixing city.And monitoring the contents of air,surface,disinfectant(glutaraldehyde)and the amount of bacteria in the hand hygiene and endoscopy room of the relevant personnel,To observe the close degree of the whole link sample and the effect of endoscopy after cleaning and sterilizing.Results:A total of 946 samples were detected in seven years,And the total qualified rate of the sample was 96.5%.Samples were tested in 26 copies in 2009,the qualified rate was 92.3%;Samples were tested in 87 copies in 2010,the qualified rate was 92.0%;Samples were tested in 140 copies in 2011,the qualified rate was 95.7%;Samples were tested in 150 copies in 2012,the qualified rate was 98.7%;Samples were tested in 127 copies in 2013,the qualified rate was 98.4%;Samples were tested in 220 copies in 2014,the qualified rate was 96.8%;Samples were tested in 196 copies in 2015,the qualified rate is 96.4%.The qualified rates of disinfection,medical personnel,endoscopy and Colonoscopy lumen were 95.9%?95.4%?95.1% and 96.0% respectively.In which that yield of the endoscopic eluate is the lowest.The qualified rate of disinfection in urban area was 96.8%,and the qualified rate of disinfection in township was 94.5%.Conclusion:The total qualified rate of endoscopic disinfection in Yixing medical institutions was high.The qualified rate of different detection items is different,There is a difference between the qualified rate of disinfection effect in urban hospitals and township hospitals,The test results were statistically different before and after the implementation of the new standard.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically and rationally monitor the samples related to the diagnosis and treatment of endoscopy in order to prevent and control the nosocomial infection more effectively.And we should strengthen the cultivation of knowledge awareness of disinfection and sterilization of medical and nursing staff.
