Analysis On The Status Of Health Service Support Capability Of The Health Care Facilities Of The Field Army Of Land Force And The Countermeasures To Improve The Capability

The health care facilities of the field army play a connecting role in the military health service support system,and their functions have attracted more and more attention at all levels.With the increasing number of non-war military operations and diversified military tasks,the health service support capability of the field army health units has become increasingly demanding.In this paper,literature retrieval,expert interviews,questionnaires,symposium,on-the-spot and other ways were used to investigate the construction and development of health care facilities of the field army in the X theater of operations,and the personnel,equipment,and establishment.And a proper prospective study was conducted by comparing Brigade medical unit with Brigade medical unit.The study found deficiencies of the construction of health care facilities below the division in the original theater,-including the lagging of personnel construction,the lack of equipment,unreasonable establishment,incomplete operation,impractical implementation of combat readiness training,and ineffective health expenditure management.At present,the health service support ability of health care facilities is uneven.It is increasingly urgent to improve the system and mode of grass-roots health service support in the field army and improve the health service support ability of health care facilities is necessary.The study sums up the corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,we should make overall plans for the ranks of professionals,and cultivate professional technical backbone.Secondly,we should ensure the number and quality of equipment,and carry out the operation training.Thirdly,we should study the proportion of medical personnel,and adjust the medical service strength.Fourthly,we should implement the health combat readiness training system,and strengthen the training standards.Fifthly,we should implement the work system of health service,and improve the quality of service support.Lastly,we should strengthen the management of health expenditure,and create a clean environment.Completing the countermeasures above is the key to build a first-class grass-roots medical force.The contingent contributes to the construction of medical service for the purpose of building a strong army under the command of the Party,capable of winning battles and having a fine style of work.
