In recent years,there are more and more people suffering from heart disease.It has become the deadly killer next only to cancer diseases,which seriously threatens people's health.The main reason why heart diseases are so tricky is that they are not easily detected and can occur suddenly.Once they occur,they are likely to endanger the lives of patients.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor ECG regularly or even in real time to achieve real-time warning and timely treatment.Traditional medical ECG monitoring equipment used in hospitals is difficult to meet people's needs for routine ECG monitoring because of its huge size,expensive price and poor portability.Therefore,the research and design of a portable ECG monitoring device for family use not only has important research significance,but also has practical application value.After referring to a large number of relevant literature,the current research situation of portable ECG monitoring equipment and ECG automatic analysis technology is systematically summarized in this paper.The design,fabrication and experimental study of a low-cost portable ECG monitoring and analysis system for family use have been completed to overcome the shortcomings of the existing portable ECG monitoring equipment,which consists of a portable ECG monitor and a PC ECG analysis platform.Firstly,suitable main components are selected and the ECG signal acquisition and transmission hardware circuit is designed based on the characteristics of ECG signal.Analog acquisition circuit is designed for filtering and amplification.Digital circuits are designed to control the whole circuit.A 3.3V voltage stabilizing circuit is designed based on the working voltage of the main components.Integrate all functional circuits to obtain the overall structure of the system hardware circuit,and then the design of PCB has been completed.Secondly,ECG preprocessing algorithm is designed,including IIR high-pass filter and IIR50 Hz notch filter,which are used to filter baseline drift and power frequency interference.An improved adaptive double threshold method is proposed to improve the accuracy of QRS wave group detection.After the above algorithm is transplanted to MCU,the ECG waveform and heart rate value are displayed on OLED screen in real time,and the portable ECG monitor is completed.Finally,the ECG signal data processed by software filtering in the portable ECG monitor is transmitted to PC platform through Bluetooth.Then the program design of serial communication,data reproduction,data storage and man-machine interface is completed by using LabVIEW software.Furthermore,The ECG analysis and diagnosis algorithm is designed and transplanted to the upper computer to realize the function analysis and diagnosis,and the upper computer ECG analysis platform is completed.Experimental results show that,the portable ECG monitoring and analysis system designed in this paper can collect,display,save and diagnose ECG signals from human body,and the maximum error of each index is less than 3%.It has good reliability and can meet the needs of household users for ECG monitoring and analysis.
