Sleep-related disorders has attracted worldwide attention, which Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS) common incidence and seriously harmful to human. Accurate and reliable monitoring of patients with respiratory&sleep physiological signals, contribute to treat illnesses. The Sleep monitoring equipment at home and abroad is expensive, usage scenarios, such as the limitations of fixed. Therefore, developed of a portable, low-power consumption sleep apnea monitor have the vital importance and value.Paper based on the related physiological basis of respiratory&sleep monitoring, adopted the ARM Cortex-M3core chip,24bit high-precision analog front-end solutions, combined with low-power design technologies, developed a portable, low-power consumption sleep apnea monitoring system. The system includes EEG, ECG, EOG, EMG, oxygen saturation and respiratory totaling six kinds of weak electrophysiological signal analysis, electronic sensor detection, precision modulation and demodulation circuit and associated control software. The monitoring device’s performance testing and preliminary experimental results show that the system of anti-noise capability (peak noise<4μV), high precision (24bit), low power consumption (operating current<80mA), can be fully realized by the6AA batteries. Powered the system in battery mode, the effective continuous long working hours (<12hours), the instrument volume>200*140*35mm3, weight>2.885kg, the system is highly integrated. The prototype has been developed to achieve the six kinds of physiological signals such as EEG accurate acquisition and display. The overall performance of respiratory&sleep electrophysiological signals meet monitoring requirements, the indicators maintain the advanced level of similar instruments at home and abroad.
