The rapid development of information technology has driven the era of information management in all walks of life.The hospital workers are a special group of hospital staff.These people are often of low cultural quality and have serious deficiencies in their occupational protection.This paper applies modern computer technology,combined with the various risks that may be present in the work process of the workers,and researches and develops an information management system for the hospital workers.The system can grasp the working conditions of the workers in real time,reduce the risks that the workers can have in the work,improve the work efficiency of the workers and improve the image of the hospital.Based on the analysis and research on the current needs of the management of hospital workers,this paper focuses on the characteristics of the management of hospital workers and the current domestic and international methods for the management of hospital workers.From the perspective of software system design and development steps,a set of hospital MPC and cloud computi ng hospital workers management system was designed and developed.The entire system is implemented based on the MVC architecture model.At the same time,in view of the relatively large mobility of the workers,the decision tree algorithm of ID3 is used to determine the excellent employees of the system and the employees with high loyalty.Through mining analysis,the management of work and personnel can be better.This paper firstly summarizes the research status of the subject at home and abroad and the related theories and technologies of the subject construction.Then,using UML's modeling technology to realize the business model and logic design of the system,the detailed design of the core functional modules of the system is carried out.Analysis,analysis and design of the system's database design from conceptual models and physical models.In the concept stage,the paper mainly excavates the entities,relationships and attributes existing in the system.The E-R model is used to express the relationship between entities in the system and design the table structure.Then the system architecture is designed in detail.Finally,the functional modules of the system are implemented,and the functional modules of the system are tested to give test cases.The system front-end is based on the React Native development framework,which provides consistent visual effects and experiences on platforms such as browsers,iOS and Android based on Javascript and React.The system introduces cloud computing into the current system architecture for the current status quo,with the design concept of “heavy cloud,light client”.The system delivers information processing,retrieval and storage related to the work management service to the cloud,and the terminal device only n eeds to communicate with the cloud through the network,send service requests and obtain information,reducing the requirement for the performance of the terminal device,and according to the user.Demand to develop terminal applications.The use of the sy stem allows users to enjoy a better service experience,better manage the hospital's work and staff,and improve the efficiency of hospital human resource management.
