Human brain diseases are more difficult to treat than diseases of other organs and tissues. The structure of the human brain is more complex, and the treatment options are limited. Providing an intuitive three-dimensional images of the brain for doctors and finding the location of the brain lesions accurately is the popular current study. It’s a very important research value and clinical significance.Firstly, this paper adopted popular cloud computing technology to build a cloud service platform, and it recommended HDFS short for Hadoop Distributed File System. We achieved batch switch of the brain MR images successfully, which is DICOM to JPEG. It provides the basis for the subsequent three-dimensional reconstruction and visualization. Secondly, we introduced a three-dimensional medical image rendering processes, extraction and segmentation algorithm and surface rendering technique proposed algorithm for medical image segmentation algorithm is proposed to improve the watershed algorithm using anisotropic diffusion characteristics of the design of its new segmentation algorithm. We used the marching cubes algorithm design drawing to come forward, to achieve a surface rendering of MR images. Finally, we drew on the existing body of ray casting algorithm, two improvements, which are based on hardware ray casting method and proximity clouds-based ray casting method, and their results were compared with the three-dimensional reconstruction. In the field of drawing acceleration, the former is more efficient than the traditional CPU-based volume rendering algorithm and the latter more voxel space image for better visualization, but relatively certain limitations. In summary, this paper carried out research on brain MR image reconstruction and visualization techniques. It has been improved of the traditional surface rendering and volume rendering algorithms, and rendering efficiency is improved. In this paper, the brain MR image in real time interaction technology had played a role in promoting.
