In21st century, the advancement in the field of IT has been fast and quick, mainly in the field of cloud computing. Same as in IT field, in medical field the development in DNA science also has been rapid and productive. So, bringing these two techniques:cloud computing and DNA science into one complete system is the main goal of my thesis.This system: Navigenics is based on SaaS platform and it can be deployed on Ali cloud. Navigenics helps the patients to diagnostic lung cancer through the help of cloud computing.Firstly, this paper makes a deep research and study on Navigenics source code. Since the software was transferred from America to China we can hardly find the original developer. We have to construct the complex development environment which involve with Java, spring, hibernate, maven, wicket etc.Secondly, we research on how Navigenics works and how many components are present in Navigenics. We describe how these parts co-work with each other.Thirdly, we create Navigenics website on the Ali cloud platform. We describe how the Navigenics and cloud computing work side by side which is helpful for both the associated Lab and the physicians which help to solve the growing numbers of lung cancer patients in China.Lastly, my thesis can provide physicians in China with the results from the associated labs in corresponded with Navigenics. To find the probability of the patients getting diagnosed from lung cancer as well as showing how medical science and cloud computing are being used for the better of human kind. |
