Research On The Willingness To Use Internet Medical Services Based On Context-aware

With the development of big data,communication and sensors,the application of context-aware technology is more and more extensive.In the context of the shortage of medical resources and the uneven distribution of medical resources in China,the application of context-aware technology in the Internet medical industry will be greatly Value.Technology development is a difficult problem,but more importantly,context-aware Internet medical services are an emerging model,and user adoption behavior research is crucial to the development of Internet medical services.On the basis of fully studying the literature,this paper summarizes the Internet medical model based on context-aware,establishes the theoretical model of the influencing factors of usage intention of Internet medical service based on context-aware and proposes hypotheses,designs questionnaires to collect survey data,and uses statistical analysis methods to investigate.The data was analyzed by demographic characteristics and statistical analysis of the influencing factors scale to verify the hypothesis.Specifically,it includes the following aspects.Firstly,this paper adopts the latest foreign integration technology adoption model,and combines influence factors including perceived risk,self-efficacy and innovativeness construct the model of the usage intention of this paper,and proposes the model hypothesis.Secondly,by fully consulting the literature,the questionnaire design is determined by reference to the maturity scale at home and abroad,and data is collected.Descriptive statistical analysis and binomial logistic regression for demographic characteristics and usage.Then,the questionnaire is tested for reliability and validity according to the scale data.On the basis of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,correlation analysis and regression analysis are performed on the scale data of the influencing factors.Finally,SEM is used to verify the hypothesis.Finally,according to the analysis results of the survey data,effort-expectation,performance-expectation,social-influence,Hedonic-motivation,self-efficacy,and innovativeness are all important influencing factors affecting the willingness of Internet medical service based on context-aware.Perceived risk,price value,and facility condition in the model have not passed the test of the model.The paper concludes with a discussion of the results and provides recommendations for the development of Internet healthcare based on context-aware:(1)Relevant medical software or equipment developers should pay attention to user experience issues in the technology research and development process,pay attention to product iteration,humanize medical software or equipment design,pay attention to the operation problems of the elderly,and pay attention to the fashion of young people for wearable devices.It is required to improve the quality of medical service software or equipment from various angles,and to improve the user's self-efficacy and hedonic motivation.(2)Manufacturers of related products should pay attention to the quality of software or equipment,ensure the reliability of data,the value of software and equipment,and effectively improve the level of health management for users.(3)Relevant interest departments can provide context-aware Internet medical use teaching and education based on context-aware Internet medical services,provide value-added services such as product function introduction and health management education,and increase user stickiness.(4)The corresponding supervisory body should regulate and control the Internet medical service industry based on situational awareness from the aspects of medical service quality and information security.Ensure the quality of medical services,information security of medical data,improve the access threshold of service providers,clarify the confidentiality of medical data,and strengthen the supervision of information technology.
