Objective: To investigate the incidence of OSAHS in late pregnant women at high altitude and the effects of OSAHS on pregnancy-related diseases, adverse pregnancy outcomes, fetal health and delivery mode of pregnant women, and to understand the risk factors of OSAHS in late pregnancy.Early screening were carried out for pregnant women. Methods: Two hundred pregnant women in the third trimester of Qinghai Red Cross Hospital were enrolled in this study.STOP-Bang sleep scale,Epwortp sleepiness scale and CPC sleep monitoring were performed on them.According to the results of sleep monitoring, they were divided into four groups: no OSAHS,mild OSAHS,moderate OSAHS and severe OSAHS.The results of sleep monitoring, scale score, general data, hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, gestational glycosuria, mode of production and fetus were compared in each group. Finally, the risk factors of OSAHS in the third trimester of pregnancy were analyzed.Result: 1.The incidence of OSAHS in women in late pregnancy at high altitude is as high as 58.5%.2.The incidences of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in the four groups were 4.8%,7.1%,11.4% and 22.5%,respectively,and the incidences of gestational diabetes were 3.6%,9.5%,14.3% and 20%,respectively.With the severity of OSAHS,the incidence of these two diseases increased, and there was significant difference between each group(P < 0.05).3.The incidence of cesarean section in the four groups was 19.3%,38.10%,40% and 42.5%,respectively.With the aggravation of the severity of OSAHS,the incidence was also increasing, and the difference among the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.The incidences of premature infants in the four groups were 16.9%,21.4%,22.9% and 30% respectively, and the incidences of low birth weight babies were 10.80%,14.30%,14.30% and 30.005%,respectively.the incidence of macrosomia was 1.20%,7.10%,5.70% and 12.50% respectively, and there was significant difference among each group(P < 0.05).Pregnant women with OSAHS premature, low birth weight, the incidence of macrosomia group is significantly higher than normal.5.The risk factors of OSAHS in late pregnancy were weight gain after pregnancy,STOP-Bang sleep scale score and pregnancy induced hypertension.6.STOP-Bang sleep scale and weight gain after pregnancy can be used as a primary screening method for OSAHS in late pregnancy. Conclusion: The incidence of OSAHS in women in late pregnancy at high altitude is relatively high.Pregnant women with severe OSAHS have a significantly increased risk of hypertension, gestational diabetes, cesarean section, premature, low birth weight and macrosomia.Severe OSAHS during pregnancy will have an adverse effect on mothers and infants.
