Objective1.Analyze the sexual cognition and sexual status of women in late pregnancy.2.Analyze the effect of coitus in late pregnancy on labor of onset.3.To analyze the effect of late pregnancy on pregnancy outcome,and to provide a basis for scientific guidance of perinatal health care and improving the quality of sexual intercourse in pregnancy.Methods1.Literature search:CBM,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,The Cochrane Library,PubMed,MEDLINE,OVID database.And manual retrieval of references included in the literature as supplementary literature.The study types were RCT and Cohort study.The retrieval time was from the databases up to January 2018.The Literature search,the quality evaluation and data extraction were carried out independently by two researchers,RevMan5.3 software was used to analyze the obtained data.2.From March 2017 to June 2017,132 pregnant women without pregnancy complications were included in the study and their general information were gathered.When the pregnant woman is in hospital,she will be given a questionnaire about the cognitive and sexual condition in late pregnancy.the researchers collected their pregnancy outcomes through case data after childbirth.If the information on sexual cognition and sexual status was not obtained during the hospital,it will be obtained by telephone Within one week after discharge.SPSS24.0 Statistical software is used for statistical analysis,Measurement data conforms to normal distribution,adopting the x ? s description and using t test.if the measurement data does not conform to the normal distribution,using the rank and inspection.Counting data using X2 test.rank and inspection are used for grade data.a=0.05,P<0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.Results1.Meta-analysis:this study included 6 literatures,3 RCT and 3 cohort studies.The total number of subjects was 1906.The results showed that there was no significant difference on the labor onset between the two groups of Sexual or non-sexual intercourse(P>0.05).There still were no statistically significant difference in fetal outcomes,cesarean section rate,Induced labor rate(P>0.05).2.The empirical research:2.women's sexual cognition status in the third trimester:Among the 116 pregnant women,31%pregnant women had sexual demand,34%pregnant women don't know how to have sex safely,68%pregnant women think Sexual intercourse will bring adverse outcomes,55%pregnant women were told not to have sex by mother,17%pregnant women without Sexual intercourse due to image changes,12%pregnant women worried about her husband cheating during pregnancy,18%pregnant women use other ways to meet her husband's sexual demand,42%pregnant women believe that abstinence from late pregnancy may be reduced husband's sexual power,34%pregnant women said that they can't sure the condom could prevent infections by sexual intercourse in late pregnancy,62%pregnant women hope to get professional sexual health education.2.2 women sex situation in late pregnancy:In the study,a total of 15 pregnant women have sex in late pregnancy.At 28?36 weekend,60%pregnant women choose side way when they have sex,after 37 weeks there still have 50%pregnant women choose side position.During the 28?36 weekend,27%pregnant women had intercourse at 2 to 3 per month,while 50 percent of pregnant women remained at the same rate after 37 weeks.During the sexual intercourse,73%pregnant women had intercourse for 6 to 10 minutes during the weekend of 28 to 36 weeks,and then decreased to 50%after 37 weeks.About 50%pregnant women said they had fewer orgasms in late pregnancy,while 50%pregnancy women said they had fewer ejaculations during intercourse.After 37 weeks of gestation,87 percent of pregnant women said they had fewer breast stimulation,but nearly 50%pregnant women were satisfied with their sex life in late pregnancy.2.3 the effect of sexual intercourse in late pregnancy on the outcome of pregnancy:15 pregnant women who had sexual intercourse did not have premature delivery,bleeding,infection,premature rupture of membranes and so on.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(sexual behaviors and non-sexual behaviors)on Gestational weeks,delivery mode,Amniotic fluid degree and neonatal 5min Apgar score(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Some pregnant women still have sexual needs in the late stage of pregnancy,but their knowledge of sex is lacking.Medical personnel should provide targeted sexual health education for them.2.Coitus in Late pregnancy can not promote childbirth and can not avoid expired pregnancy.3.During normal pregnancy,the frequency of sexual intercourse in the third trimester is less than or equal to 3 times/month,and the duration of sexual intercourse is no more than 10 minutes,which does not cause premature birth and has no adverse effect on the fetus.However,many centers and large sample studies are needed to further confirm.
