| Objective The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region is a high prevalence area of echinococcosis in China,and the prevalence of echinococcosis in counties is(2.38 percent,the average prevalence rate is 1.56 percent,especially among herders in Tibetan areas,the prevalence rate can be as high as 2.55 percent.)Echinocosis brings great suffering to patients,makes their families bear a heavy economic burden,and causes huge economic losses to animal husbandry production,which is one of the main reasons for the people in the agricultural and pastoral areas of western China to be poor because of illness and return to poverty due to illness.The purpose of this study is to further explore the treatment and efficacy of Tibetan medicine for the treatment of cystic hepatic pasopathy through literature research,community epidemiological investigation and follow-up,research on the prevalence and geographical distribution of cystic hepatophilic pasomiasis.Methods: By interviewing Tibetan doctors in Qinghai Tibetan area for the diagnosis and treatment and efficacy of liver bagworm disease,field investigation and analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of cystic liver bagworm disease in qinghai tibetan hospitals,this study is a retrospective,single-center study,60 cases of hospitalization,according to age,type,past treatment and other stratified analysis.1.Incorporating standards 1.1 those who meet the diagnostic criteria of cystic liver bagworm Tibetan medicine;1.2 Patients with cystic liver bagworms who were admitted to Tibetan Hospital in Qinghai Province between January 2016 and November 2019 and who met the above criteria and received treatment;1.3 Cystic liver bagworm patients who were admitted to Tibetan Hospital in Qinghai Province between January 2016 and November 2019 and met the above criteria and received treatment.1.4 Exclusion criteria Combined bubbly liver infections,malignant tumors,severe liver,kidney,hematopoietic system,nervous system and other primary diseases.A retrospective study was conducted for patients treated with cystic liver pasoculal infection satawas in Tibet Hospital,Qinghai Province,from January 2016 to November 2019.To organize,analyze,summarize,and primaryly treat the top ten advantages of cystic liver bagworm,and observe the course of surgery and Tibetan medicine treatment and extend the time,put forward a new theory of the treatment of liver bagworms,improve the original Tibetan medicine treatment of liver bagworm theory.Results: Surgery is the preferred method for treating liver bagworms,and scientific evaluation of liver reserve function before surgery is the basis and guarantee of surgery.However,although there are many evaluation methods,but there is no one method can be comprehensive,accurate and effective.The three-dimensional reconstruction and ICG experiment of modern freshmen can be effectively measured in terms of surgical excision volume and liver cell function,which is also a development trend in clinical practice at present,but it has certain limitations,and postoperative recurrence is the most difficult problem to solve,usually 2-5 years recurrence rate of more than 80.The incidence of liver bagworms in the western part of China,especially in the tibetan areas of southern Qinghai Province and northern Sichuan Province is very high,such as the development of a set of liver bagworms after surgery or simple Tibetan medicine treatment advantage stakes,and initially for the Tibetan medicine to prevent and control the disease provides evidence-based medical evidence.The improvement of quality of life and the extension of life in this part of the population is far-reaching.Therefore,through the literature and clinical Tibetan medicine to treat cystic liver bagworm disease efficacy retrospective study,the selection of the treatment of cystic liver bagworms in the Tibetan medicine high frequency and effective top ten Tibetan medicine;Efficacy and other research on the role of Tibetan medicine for cystic hepatic pasomiasis,statistics and analysis of 60 cases of cystic liver bagworm disease in Tibetan hospital sedatives in Qinghai Province found that the effective rate of Tibetan medicine treatment of cystic liver pasomiasis reached 91.5,and determined that Tibetan medicine treatment of cystic liver parody disease has significant efficacy,The use of Tibetan medicine to treat cystic liver bagworm disease has a wide range of application prospects,in addition to cystic hepatic pasomiasis in Tibetan medicine has no uniform title,I consult a large number of literature on cystic liver pasomiasis named "Hodsen".Conclusion: The results show the efficacy of Tibetan medicine in treating hepatic-cystic ensomiasis,and the clinical results show that Tibetan medicine has realistic effect and potential advantages in treating enticing disease. |
