Hospital volunteer service developed from charitable relief activities in western countries.With the development of society,it plays an important role in reducing hospital pressure,improving hospital service image,and building a modern medical system.S Hospital is the first hospital in Shanxi Province to launch "Volunteer Service in Hospital" activity.The development level of S hospital volunteer service is at the forefront of the province.Based on my internship experience,this article studies the status of volunteer service management in S Hospital.Discover existing problems and investigate their causes more deeply.Finally,according to the actual situation of Shanxi,the way to improve the management of volunteer service in S Hospital was put forward.This article collects relevant data through literature research method and interview method,and understands the status of volunteer service management in S Hospital.Using Voluntary Failure Theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs to study and analyse the problems existing in S Hospital volunteer service management and the causes of problems.Aiming at the problems in the management of volunteer service of S Hospital,propose ways to effectively promote the volunteer service management of S Hospital.This article consists of three parts.First part is the status of volunteer service management in S Hospital.The second is the problems and causes of S Hospital's volunteer service management.The third is a feasible way to improve the volunteer service management of S Hospital.First of all,the article discusses the status of volunteer service management in S Hospital from two perspectives: volunteer management and volunteer service management.In terms of volunteer management,it discusses from six aspects: volunteer work mode,recruitment system,training system,incentive guarantee mechanism,induction service process management,and volunteer team construction.In the management of volunteer service,it was discussed from four aspects: organization system,system construction,information system construction,and publicity work.Secondly,this article analyzes the problems existing in the volunteer service management of S Hospital from two aspects: volunteer management and volunteer service management.And point out the source of the problem.Including the absence of specialized functionaldepartment,lack of professional talents,insufficient funding for volunteer service,and insufficient support from superior leaders.Finally,from the two aspects of volunteer management and volunteer service management,a path to improve the volunteer service management of S Hospital is proposed.In terms of volunteer management,improve the recruitment system,training system,incentive guarantee system and post management system for volunteers.In the management of volunteer service,we have continuously promoted the development of hospital volunteer service through increasing publicity,raising funds through multiple channels,establishing functional department,setting up special posts,deepening cooperation models,and learning advanced experience.
