Objective:By detecting the levels of SFRP5 and APN in peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease,the correlation between coronary heart disease and SFRP5 and APN was observed,and the correlation between the two adiponecines in biological function was explored.Methods:Selected from July to December,2018 in the second hospital of shanxi medical university heart coronary angiography examination with 284 cases of patients,according to the results of coronary angiography(at least 1 is the branch of coronary artery stenosis greater than 50%)it can be divided into 191 cases of coronary heart disease group(male104,female 87 cases)and control group,93 cases(57 cases of male,female 36 cases),including coronary heart disease group including 119 cases of patients with stable angina,72 patients with acute coronary syndrome,according to the lesions involving the coronary count,The patients were divided into single coronary artery disease group(93 cases),double coronary artery disease group(52 cases)and triple coronary artery disease group(46 cases).All the people in this group of patients admitted to hospital by a professional nursing staff general data and records have been measured,the diet 8 h,the next morning after elbow vein in venous blood,5 ml x 2 1 tube to our checkout room inspection general biochemical indicators,1 pipe is installed in the upper serum centrifugal process at room temperature after EP tube,cryopreservation,specimens were collected after unification by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)to detect SFRP5,concentration of APN.Results:1.The total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c),fasting blood glucose(FPG),c-reactive protein(CRP)and insulin resistance index(homa-ir)of patients in the coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the control group,and thelevels of SFRP5,APN and HDL were lower than those in the normal control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).2.SFRP5 and APN levels are correlated with the severity of coronary heart disease,and their levels gradually decrease with the progression of coronary heart disease or with the increase of the number of coronary artery lesions.3.Pearson correlation analysis showed that SFRP5 was correlated with TC,ldl-c,FPG,CRP and homa-ir(r values were-0.22,-0.331,-0.300,-0.244,-0.515 p <0.05).APN was correlated with TC,ldl-c,FPG,CRP and homa-ir(r value was-0.31,-0.249,-0.278,-0.267,-0.432 P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between SFRP5 and APN(r=0.521,P<0.001).4.SFRP5 concentration was negatively correlated with Gensini score;APN concentration was negatively correlated with Gensini score.5.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that under the condition of other related risk factors being fixed,the decrease of SFRP5 and APN levels was an independent risk factor for Gensini score.6.SFRP5 concentration was used to predict coronary heart disease,and ROC curve was drawn,with an optimal critical value of 43.52.The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve was 0.964,the sensitivity was 90.6%,and the specificity was 92.6%.APN concentration was used to predict coronary heart disease,and the ROC curve was drawn.The optimal critical value was 25.31.ROC curve showed that the area under the curve was0.835,the sensitivity was 96.3%,and the specificity was 54.8%.Combined diagnosis was made with SFRP5 and APN concentrations,and the ROC curve was drawn.The area under the curve was 0.984,the sensitivity was 95.3%,and the specificity was 91.4%.Conclusions:1.SFRP5 and APN levels of patients in the CHD group were significantly lower than those in the normal control group.SFRP5 and APN levels were negatively correlated with the severity of CHD,and their levels gradually decreased with the progression of CHD or the increase in the number of coronary artery lesions.2.Correlation analysis showed that SFRP5 and APN levels were negatively correlated with TC,ldl-c,FPG,CRP,and HOMA,and SFRP5 were positively correlated with APN levels.The two factors may have a synergistic effect when exerting biological effects invivo.Further multiple linear regression analysis showed that SFRP5 and reduced APN levels were independent risk factors for Gensini score.3.The ROC curve showed that the expression rates of SFRP5 and APN had predictive value for coronary heart disease,and the further increase of ROC curve area suggested that the combined diagnosis value of the two factors was higher.
