Objective:To detect the serum level of C1q/tumor necrosis factor-re-lated protein 1(CTRP1)and adiponectin(APN)in the study,as well as to quantify the severity of coronary heart disease by Syntax score and coronary artery lesions count to explore the role of CTRP1 and APN in coronary heart disease, and the relationship with the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods:A total of 120 patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from March 2017 to September 2017 were enrolled in this study. All patients received coronary angiography(CAG).There were 61 males and 59 females.According to clinical symptoms, myocardial enzyme markers and the results of ECG and CAG,the patients were divided into the coronary heart disease group and the control group(non-coronary heart disease group). The Coronary heart disease group included stable angina pectoris(SAP)group and acute coronary syndrome(ACS)group. There were 64 patients in ACS group including 36 patients with unstable angina and 28 patients with acute myocardial infarction,26 patients in SAP group and 30 cases in the control group.According to the Syntax scoring system,CHD patients were divided into low-risk group,middle-risk group and high-risk group.According to coronary artery lesions,CHD patients were divided into Single vessel disease group, double vessel disease group and three-vessel disease group.Recording the information of all the subjects:including gender, age, hypertension history, diabetes history, smoking history, body mass index(BMI),the serum level of Total cholesterol(TC),Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),Triglyceride(TG)and fasting blood glucose(FPG).The serum level of CTRP1 and adiponectin(APN)of all the subjects were detected by ELISA.Then we compared the serum levels of CTRP1 and adiponectin APN in each group in order to explore the effect of CTRP1 and APN on coronary heart disease and the potential value in predicting the severity of coronary heart disease. Results: 1.Compared with the control group, the smoking history rate and the serum level of LDL-C were significantly higher and the serum level of HDL-C was significantly lower in CAD group(P<0.05).There were no differences in age, sex, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG)and cholesterol(TC)between the CHD group and the control group(P>0.05).2.The serum level of CTRP1 in ACS group was much higher than that in SAP group and the control group(P<0.05).Among the ACS group, the serum level of CTRP1 in AMI group was significantly higher than that in UAP group(P <0.05).The APN level in acute coronary syndrome group was significantly lower than that in the control group and stable angina pectoris group(P <0.05).3.The serum level of CTRP1 in the high-risk Syntax group was significantly higher than that in the middle-risk group(P <0.05)and the low-risk group(P <0.05).Moreover,the serum level of CTRP1 in the middle-risk Syntax group was significantly higher than that in the lowrisk Syntax group(P<0.05).APN in the high-risk Syntax group was signi-ficantly lower than those in the low-risk group and the control group(P <0.05).4.Compared with the control group, the serum level of CTRP1 in the three coronary artery lesions, double vessel disease group and single vessel disease group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05)and the APN were all much lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).CTRP1 level in the three vessel disease groups was significantly higher than that in the single vessel disease group(P <0.05).APN level in the three vessel disease groups was significantly lower than that in the single vessel disease group(P <0.05).5.The serum level of CTRP1 was positively correlated with The Syntax score(r = 0.61,P <0.01).APN was negatively correlated with Syntax score(r =-0.77,P <0.01).Conclusions: 1.The serum level of CTRP1 in Coronary heart disease group was significantly higher than that in the non-CHD group, and was positively correlated with the severity of coronary heart disease, indicating that elevated serum level of CTRP1 might be involved in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease.2.The serum level of APN in acute coronary syndrome group was significantly lower than in non-coronary heart disease group, and neg-atively correlated with Syntax score, which indicates that the serum level of APN might have a protective effect on coronary atherosclerosis.
