| Objective:To investigate the clinical significances and changes of C-reactive protein(CR P),Procalcitonin(PCT)and Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in children with mycoplas ma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods:A total of 72 children with MPP who were hospitalized in the pediatrics of First Hospital Shanxi Medical University from December 2018 to July 2019 were retroscpectively analyzed.Accroding to the severity of the disease,there were divi ded into two groups,the severe MPP group(SMPP)and the mild group(MMPP).CRP,PCT and LDH were detected in the next morning of admission and were co mpared.Results:There were 27 patients in the SMPP and 45 patients in the MMPP.The age of the SMPP was higher than that of the MMPP.CRP,PCT and LDH in the SMPP group were higher than those in the MMPP group and there were significante differences between two groups(p < 0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the ROC area under the curve of CRP、PCT and LDH in diagnosis of SMPP in children was 0.861,0.826,0.722.Conclusion:The levels of age,CRP,PCT and LDH in children with SMPP were elevated.Monitoring the levels of CRP,PCT and LDH were able to identify early the patie nts who were the SMPP.There was a link between the age of patients and the s everity of the disease. |
