Objective:Based on understanding the current status and influencing factors of the self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses in the top three general hospitals in Shanxi Province, the effect of Barrett's group activities on the self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses was explored in order to improve the mental health and nursing quality of newly recruited nurses provide references.Method:Using the cluster sampling method,434 new nurses recruited in 10 top three general hospitals in Shanxi Province in 2018 were selected as the research objects.Adopting a similar experiment method,in accordance with the principle of non-randomized concurrent controlled trials, the study subjects were assigned to the intervention group and the control group. Each group included new nurses from 5 top three general hospitals,of which 214 were in the intervention group(average age: 24.51 ± 1.331).Years old,21 males and 193females;5 colleges,201 undergraduates,8 masters;199 nurses and 15 nurses;the control group was 220(average age was 24.62 ± 1.780 years,23 were males,197 women;55college students,158 undergraduates,7 masters;183 nurse titles,37 nurse titles). The control group was trained according to the conventional and standardized training methods. The intervention group had 214 people to conduct Ballint group activities, and a group of10 to 12 people. The training was conducted by a training instructor with a psychotherapist qualification as the team leader.Contents are recorded, each training time is 60 minutes,a total of 12 trainings. Before and after the intervention,434 participants were measured with a questionnaire for general nurses for new recruits,a general self-efficacyscale(GSES),and a questionnaire for psychological capital of nurses. The research results are analyzed by a combination of quantitative and qualitative research.Using SPSS20.0software to process the data, make a single factor analysis of the self-efficacy of the newly recruited nurses with different population characteristics;using self-efficacy as the dependent variable, gradually introduce the factors that affect self-efficacy,and perform multi-factor regression analysis; The self-efficacy scores of the group of subjects before and after the intervention were compared by the paired t test and the independent sample t test.Result:1.The survey results of 434 newly recruited nurses show that the score of the self-efficacy scale of the newly recruited nurses is 2.55 ± 0.487,which is lower than the national scale norm of 2.86 ± 0.000;the score of the psychological capital questionnaire of the newly recruited nurses is 88.38 ± 11.621.2.The single factor analysis results of self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses with different demographic characteristics show that different genders, salary levels, reasons for choosing a job, willingness to leave,nurse-patient communication ability, colleagues relationship, leadership support, transfer to discipline, training teachers,Factors such as work stress, psychological class hours, and role model effects all affected nurses' self-efficacy scores, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in self-efficacy scores among newly recruited nurses of different ages, marital status, religious beliefs, professional titles, personnel nature, and academic qualifications(P>0.05).3.The multiple regression analysis of the factors influencing the self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses showed that the general self-efficacy score of newly recruited nurses who often had turnover thoughts was 20.00 ± 5.48,which is significantly lower than that of newly recruited nurses who have basically no idea of turnover.26.55 ± 4.43Significance(P<0.05);the general self-efficacy score of newly recruited nurses who received psychology less than or equal to 6 hours during standardized training was 30.54 ±5.18,which was higher than that of newly recruited nurses who did not receive psychology courses.24.74 ± 4.49,with a difference Statistical significance(P<0.001);the inner role model of newly recruited nurses has a significant effect on improving their self-efficacy,and the self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses with example support is 29.40 ± 4.33,which is higher than the self-efficacy of new nurses without example support The sense of potency was 20.33 ± 5.17,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The above independent variables can explain 39.1% of the variation of self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses.4.The analysis of the correlation between the psychological capital of newly recruited nurses and the self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses shows that the self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses is positively correlated with their psychological capital and their dimensions(r=0.445~0.617,P<0.001).5.The results of the study after Ballint group intervention showed that there was no significant difference in the self-efficacy score between the control group and the newly recruited nurses in the intervention group(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the self-efficacy score between the newly recruited nurses in the control group and the post-test nurses(P>0.05);There was a significant difference in the self-efficacy scores between the control group and the newly recruited nurses in the intervention group after the 12 Ballint group activity interventions(P<0.05);there were differences in the self-efficacy scores of the newly recruited nurses in the intervention group before and after the intervention.Statistical significance(P<0.05).6.Qualitative interview results.Through interviews with 10 newly recruited nurses, and summarizing, collating, and analyzing the interview data, the three themes related to the self-efficacy of the newly recruited nurses were finally extracted: nursing professional skills, interpersonal relationships And role transitions.Conclusion:1.Factors such as willingness to leave, hours of psychology, role models, and psychological capital are all important factors affecting the self-efficacy of newly recruitednurses.Nursing managers can increase the number of hours of psychology and provide role model support for new nurses in the training of new nurses to alleviate the turnover tendency of new nurses and accumulate their psychological capital,so that the self-efficacy of new nurses can be obtained.Promotion.2.The application of Ballint group training can effectively improve the self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses, can help new recruits to confidently face complex clinical nursing work, better achieve high-quality nursing services, and improve the standardized training of new recruit nurses. The content provides a reference basis.3.Ballint group activities have improved the self-efficacy of newly recruited nurses in many aspects such as nursing professional skills, interpersonal relationships and role change.Nursing managers can increase the professional knowledge of newly recruited nurses, and increase the training of their communication skills and interpersonal skills by increasing the number of activities such as Ballint group activities, which has a significant effect on improving the self-efficacy and adapting to role changes of new nurses.
